i assist customers with technical queries , i work well with with my co-workers and we have fun working together. I learn different things every day. I enjoy assisting customer with the queries and at the end of the call the customer is happy.

System support

My typical work day is 8.5 hours. My day begins with a building checks which evolves walking around each floor and checking on all users. This is done to make sure that all major systems and applications are running. By doing this every morning i am able to detect any system issues and escalate to the relevant parties to be resolved. Throughout my day i resolve incidents which are received via email, telephone and the incident logging system. Incidents are dealt with according to the priority level. If the incidents are of the same priority level they will be dealt with according to the times they came in.

Pros: It is a large company
Cons: Minimal growth opportunities

Busy on day to day and more production happen . More challenges comes when you did not expect them

 Plan all the facilities and infra-structure requirements.  Coordinate all the required equipment and software required to implement the BPS.  Ensure all the off-site project set-up requirements.  Work with vendors to secure resources.  Liaise with the Operational Director on the BPS Midrand Campus and Career Campus facilities and infra-structure requirements.  Coordinate and supervise the activities of an assigned resource.  Ensure that simulations and practical activities are designed and rolled out as required by the facilitators.

Pros: your job talk about who your, as manager you do not need someone to be behind your back to work
Cons: All over time you work is your own benefit

It's a good company for starters.

It is a good company for new graduates but you can't sustain your yourself for a while because it doesn't pay well. The growth is limited and very slim chances of promotion, more especially when you are black. s do

Pros: Great to start with after graduation
Cons: Not so good salary with crazy increases of less than 3 % annually
