Excellent learning curve
There's a lot work to be done. Helped up my speed in answering and handling calls. The team leaders are flexible, we can talk to them about anything. Great place to start a or refresh a career.

Normanl working
Its a good company to work for however there is no growth or permanent post available for us. No benefits like provident funds, no medical aid, no bonuses

I love my work and love working up to assist my clients with the technology challenges
Working weekends for less money as the other issue is the driving whole day . And there’s also couple of issues I have with understanding our payment calculations

Work at Altron
a a Work at Altron typical work day includes engagement with country General managers on what marketing support can be offered. it also includes understanding of performance from a sales ( revenue )point of view. understanding how the country is doing in terms of meeting its set targets. the day also includes discussing customer queries raised through the NPs system and ensuring that those are resolved. providing information on any new campaigns. providing information on the performance of digital channels. what i enjoyed most was working on digital campaigns as you can be able to measure the effectiveness immediately. the most challenging aspects of the job is when countries do not meet the min performance standards

Great experience and obtained a whole lot!
My work place is a roller-coaster, some days it is extremely well and some it is gloomy, but bright days outweigh dark days. I have a wonderful relationship with my co-workers fortunately. I have a gained even more interpersonal skills, being more meticulous and gained technical skills at Altron. We some times do activities that are not work related of which I enjoy ironically afterwards I become even more focused on my work. Dealing with invoices is challenging. However, manage them pretty well. Thanks.

8 learned how to interact with people amd problem solving techniques
Well the company was bought and became ison where things changed for the worst if you were an employee it was longer hours some employees had to take psy cuts and rules and policies changed altron before it became ison was a good company but ison isn't
