Good learning curve

It's very challenging but very interesting. We work as a team which is very important. We have a good relationship with each other . Communication is key.

Review. The company I am working at is great but with less prospects for promotion. CV. It is based in the far North of the country and is national supporing the NDOH via PDEPFAR funding. it is a five year project of APACE

I conduct daily review with the team. In learnt that everyone has different personalities, to separate professional life from personal. To support your team without being judgemental. I enjoy working with the community as a wholeMost challenging is Communities with a lot of political influence

Excellent place to gain skills

Working at Anova health is great although the work load is more than your job description says. There are great seniors that i work for, who are really motivating and hardworkers. Since working for the company my work ethic has improved and I'm willing to go the extra mile because of the discipline that was instilled in me. What i enjoy the most at the work place is the people I work with, they are a bunch of enthusiastic motivating people

Got good ideas from different people

.n I was enjoying to work overtime because my work was alwaysvupto data.I Go work with people which is called team work I s great.to work in the facility there is to much pressure and I learn more at the same time

I'm a hard worker Anova thought me alot of things and i have a good experience from them.I am a fastest learner I easily adapt information. I'm good in a team worker I like hands on wprk
