We work with patients and data, meaning we do daily capturing on redcap and report

Data is our life at anova we thrive to bring excellence in our daily tasks, make sure there's no backlog of files, patients appointments are kept, and if a patient misses an appointment we trace them and link them back to care

DELIVER ON TIME AND WORKING TOWARDS THE SPONSORS EXPECTATIONS AND WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS AN EMPLOYEE IN DAILY BASIS AS ONE IS LEARNING ALOT IN THIS COMPANY AND TO PROVE YOURSELF YOUR WORTH TO THE COMPANY.

I am happy with my organization now; however, I would like to obtain professional growth and explore further in my career. I appreciate every single effort I had contributed towards achieving their objectives and had learned a massive exploration emanating from the organization’s mission and its goals.

Excellent learning curve

i am currently working as pharmacist assistant mentor , i mentor all the clinian in 14 government facilities to adhere to to the corrent use of drugs , dosage etc

Great place to work in

Challenging but worth it .Great support structure from our line manage managers.Salary is not that great though.and sometimes the hostility we receive from the faulting we work in is just horrible

Expanded knowledge and expertise

Fast past target driven environment. Team work essential to achieve results. Poor support from facilities we support but always doing the outmost to achieve targets and provide quality patient care.

I enjoy working with the team, I'm an outspoken Person and strive for perfection and a hardworker.

ani enjoy working with the team and working with different people everyday as it helps me grow and become a better person. Love the environment and we work great as a team.

Good learning curve

It's very challenging but very interesting. We work as a team which is very important. We have a good relationship with each other . Communication is key.
