Great Accountability and service for community
Great Accountability and service for the community I am responsible for the support of the Ward Based outreach teams and CBO dealing with HIV and TB within the community of Sedibeng District. I coordinate and support activities aimed at aiding on the 90 90 90 strategies of the Government to curb the spread of HIV. I am a team player and relate very well to my co-workers and always willing to help with the betterment of the work. In this position, I have learned the value of accountability and how to market health services whilst making clients aware of the benefits of taking care of their own health. I enjoy working with people and learning new strategies to attend to their needs. The most challenging aspect of my job is to see people registering with wrong addresses and house numbers, therefore making it hard for them to be traced for further treatment

Excellent learning curve
My experience at Anova gave me exposure to new content knowledge in the broad area of HIV and AIDS programmes as well as technical skills through shared experiences with a multidisciplinary team of colleagues.

Good company and learning much experience
I wasI waas having a good relationships with my co worker. I was enjoying my work with all of my heart. I learned so much from the company as a linkage officer and how to deal with the patients. The most challenging was when I have to talk to someone who don't ready for the treatment but at the end I must give her or him the important of taking it

Great opportunity to strengthen the health systems between health facilities and communities
Working in CoJ Region D is very challenging as fulfilling at the same time. Having to work with diverse community of Soweto with different psychosocial background and diversity.i work with community health workers and community based organizations to strengthen linkage to care

We work with patients and data, meaning we do daily capturing on redcap and report
Data is our life at anova we thrive to bring excellence in our daily tasks, make sure there's no backlog of files, patients appointments are kept, and if a patient misses an appointment we trace them and link them back to care

From DHIS,Tier.net and TB modules /ETR and capturing them. ? Assist facility data capturers in populating run-charts for DIP elements ? Update tracing outcomes from CHWs and CLOs on the defaulter tracing tool ? weekly data from facilities by all Anova team members in the sub district o Taking Minutes for the NDOH, PEPFAR and capturing data

i enjoy working in a team and independently. get along well with my colleagues and have learnt to learn new thing every day and respect others.i enjoy doing my job and complete at at given time.the most challenging time is when i work under pressure where i need to focus much on the job at hand.
