Temporary / consultant job. Logistics and Office Manager
staff are not qualified nor dedicated. it is just a job. HR are almost non-existent and cannot handle the pressure of the work. New staff pay HR recruiting managers to get in. Not the right staff for the job and it takes too long to train them. It just seems that there is too much chaos from HR to Finance to Procurement. A typical day - no rest for the wicked. from the time you walk into the office you are inundated with work calls and planning - to me this was good as i cannot sit idle. but, it takes its toll. I enjoy the running about and ensuring that everything is in place, that staff know what to do - to plan their day ahead.
Pros: Great opportunities if you are prepared to work
Cons: Not everyone on the same page - no communication

Great Personality, Excellent People Skills
A typical work day for myself is different to each day, because i am never at one place or the same place all the time. My team i work with are very friendly and we work well as a team.I have learnt so much from my my company, and it is something i will never forget.

Good fixed term portfolio to guide the Procurement division and allign it
Working within the health NGO has been a great Blessing It allowed me to play a role within the community Program on a different level, You see the difference our services does to the Historically Disadvantaged Communities and discriminated communities. The environment t was extremely demanding but fulfilling hours long yet exhilarating moments. Great vision and I learnt that its important to assist others when creating a department, Be open minded and learn to collaborate with other department for a bigger purpose.

Relationship with my coworkers was so much fun and professional My boss had so much support and effective communication with me What I've enjoyed most working for anova Health is the the previlage of being trained on new things work related

I'm a team player . I always plan for my next day duties, I respect and take advise from my colleagues and learn from my mistakes, and I assist other colleagues if they are struggling , I enjoy interacting with different or diverse people

Excellent learning curve
Manage 35 clinics in COJ. Managing all the records in the clinics and ensuring that everything runs smoothly with no help from anyone. When they want this they want them to happen now forgetting that I am all alone without any subordinates.
