Plant environment

I'm a qualified boilermaker at a company I've mentioned on top. We repair and rubricate platform, repair handrails according to safety standard, repair upper and lower vessel. Schedule and plan for shutdowns and am also a team leader. Responsible for my plant everything under boilermaking and welding. Coordinates with my supervisor if we have any difficulties at our plant. Safety is our goal our first priority. Who ever doesn't comply with the rules and regulation of OHS we smart the person so that next time will comply with the rules. I'm so strict when coming to safety I don't want any chancers. Me and my team our goal is to sustain our company for future we need to see our company growing. Hard working and dedication is my motto. I thank you

Pros: Not applicable
Cons: 8.5 hours

Insightful

Working at the mill(5stand) was very insightful and fulfilling when it comes to both the electrical and mechanical aspects of being a millwright, I was exposed to experience that is undeniably the best in a plant medium. I worked with ac/DC motors, sump pumps, accumulators, various types of valves and drives.

Pros: Challenging environment with no hope for promotion
Cons: Lots of overtime work
