Working as team, safety first before executing any task

I was working shifts as Rolling operator in dispatching area, when working afternoon shift (14:00-22:00) will be working under pressure due to more loading trucks in the plant. I have learned that no matter how urgent the customer needs the material always comply with safety standards and always treat your co-workers and sub-contractors with respect I have more experience in dispatch area and other departments in my work place.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning more departments of work
Cons: quik changes you spend more hours at work than at home

Maintaning excellence

A typical work day..morning meeting where we get feedback on what happend trough the night any problems ens..get our job cards go to office and relay the messadge to our contractors.we then each day go to do inspections on machines.identify problems, and rectify it..some day's there is breakdowns and need to direct all our effort to that to get plant going again.Had an good relationship with co-workers..could always work with them and under pressure.I enjoy getting new problems to deal with and that needed you to think outside the box and in process learning new things. To me the most challenging aspect of the job was that some times you had to work very long hours and that your mind and body was tired but yet we got trough it and fixed each problems that came our way

Pros: Enjoyed what did, challenges of some jobs
Cons: Supervisor not fair
