Excellent planning and communication skills
I am excellent in planning and coordinating, and love working in the logistics sector. I invoice loads of steel to be desparched to clients to ensure excellent customer service delivery. I talk daily with various transport companies to arrange for the trucks to come and load my invoiced loads. I work on NIPPS and SAP systems. I have excellent working relationships with all of my colleagues, and work well in a team based environment but also able to work on my own. Cons of my job-i am only a contracor with no benefits

Work safe on a daily basis.keep client up to date with all progress on daily work done.
All employees go home safe to their loved ones and family. Relationships and communication is the core of coworkers relationship. There is no Dom question listern to the man on the floor. Job completed in a safe way client and employee is happy. Working at high roofs without any incidents

Great experience
I acquired a great experience in the production of DRI(sponge Iron),especially the raw material handling which supplies the kiln(furnace) with raw material-coal and iron ore I have got a good relationship with my manager and colleagues because of my dedication to my job.
Pros: the company provides training which helps develop employees in their respective career
Cons: long working hours are due to breakdowns but we manage to minimize through the prevantative maintenance perform

Growth and change
I enjoy working with a team or by myself when the task is set and all the safety checks are done. I learn on a daily basis as no challenge at work may be the same but procedures help with routine work. I enjoy working with my hands and getting my job done correctly because that's the most satisfying part. Knowing that I did my best to get the best results to help my team.

Great experience
I worked in a maintenance team consists of fitters , welders , boilermakers , millwright, elect we all responsible sinter plant maintenance. Each individual has it own section his accountable for whereas during breakdowns we help each other and when one is absent one team will inspect that section .

Learning different types of jobs
We do inspections in the morning and attend to all faults. My co-workers we brothers keepers, we look out for each other. I learned that as a fitter you need to learn other trades as they go hand in hand. Doing a job once it brings joy to my heart. When the team not working as a team to solve a crisis, it challenges me a lot. crisis in the plant

I do daily inspections and planned and unplanned tusk.we have good team.
Ok I work from 6:30 to 4:10 I ably do day shift we got a very good team lot of experience guys to learn I do daily inspection and start the daily task .somtimes we have some unplanned task a day. I work as team also work alone . I learn a lot especially with steam turbines and variety of pumps and valves. And I'm willing to learn w.

I am a Qualified mechanical fitter with over 14 years experience
Jjob security not promised, progression is very slo, salary is not promised. Learning culture is poor. But give great opportunity for a artisan to meet other tradesmen and learn from them. Gives great opportunity to be on the floor and work freely without being bullied by your boss. aa
