Final stage, issue enquiries, lease with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate best terms for the project, contract managemennt, dispute resolutions. Build good working relationship with all stakeholders of the company. Enjoy delivering a successful project on time within budget. Learnt that each and every project is unique even if the proceeds is the same but projects aren't the same.

I have how to operate different machines and to follow safety measures
Testing of machine to make sure that it work just fine before starting a shift, me and coworkers we were like brothers and sisters our relationship was good, I have learned that team work is the key in any work environment to archive great results, I enjoyed learning how to operate different machines, working with different people, being part of the team that works hard to archive good results. The most challenging aspects of the job is that you should always at all time work safely because the environment its not safe at most of the time, time management plays a critical role.
Pros: there were no opportunities for promotions
Cons: working shifts, Day , night and morning. 8hours per shift

Good boilermaker in fabrication and good in team and individual role Pl as y
I was working only with shutdowns around all plants.I ws working long hours for about 14 days in most cases. We rebuild the working processes of plants. My team and I had good working relationship, team spirit, focus and always working to reach and make records at all times. What I like most we have a packet agreement were by we support each other through personal essues , respect each other and do our team building activities every month end.
Pros: I'm very prepared to handle all difficulties in work place. And very experienced in all boilermaking techniques.
Cons: 12 hours for 14 day's a month.

Chalenging and brourd experience
It's a maintenance kind of work, where we build nd maintain hot mental, con cast ladles, furnaces horizontal and vertical, vessels tundishs and bof ladles as well as any refractory elements from small patches to big once, we do all that in a team of dedicated and hard working team. Working with such large scale of people with deferential trades u learn many different thing of other trade and that the deference is the materials we use.
Pros: promotions are very scares as it is a tradesmans work.
Cons: we work long hours overtime

Artisan ship(cbc lathe and milling)
I started an apprenticeship programme in 2013 an achieved a trade test certificate for fitter and Turner in first attempt.an also assemble parts and alignment motors an fixing heat exchanger and pneumatic system and change valves.do fault finding and diagnoses the machines.I have finish my programme in 2015 an got a one year contract as a candidate artisan.and this it's a biggest achievement of my life and I will like to persuade an I want to achieve more if I were granted an opportunity to prove myself .

- Challenges that comes with the job-media queries, complains from general public - Interdependent - my work relied mostly on my relationship with co-workers - Relationships are very important - get along and work well with other people - Freedom - to be able to be independent and and creative at the same time - Each day present its own challenges,

I have a certificate in SAMTRAC and looking to pursue a diploma in safety management.
I am a very friendly person,a soccer team coach and I worked as a supervisor for more than 5 years.I love chess game and going to the stadium to watch soccer.I love watching news and always read through internet.I love cooking and taking my kids out to picnics. Team work is the best and you can achieve more when working as a team and less when working alone.
