Growth is certain
Working 8-16:30, getting along with all my team and the entire Managers in the company including my superiors. I have acquired Coaching, training, supervising, delivering, delegating, recognizing, administration, client excellence and solving clients queries and support. I enjoyed sales and solving clients complaints as well as achieving my targets.
Pros: You right your own pay cheque
Cons: Flexible working time for my staff. They could work anywhere so when I need them, they always working afar.

I can work under pressure
I am a fast learner, love my job. I like sharing ideas with other. I can work over time. I enjoy working with others. I also can work under pressure. I am very good to office work, receive calls and filling. Thank you

Working for avbob it's a dream come true because you learn and interact with different people
Being an avbob employee is an opportunity that people like me got and I'm forever grateful because learned a lot from the six years s I spent of which I'm still working there, I grew as a sales representative and I learned how to deal with difficult clients in a manner that will benefit both parties. Avbob has gaven me an opportunity to grow and learn things I didn't know

Excellent learning curve for what I'm looking for to be owning inthe future
The company has been in service for a very long time but they are not paying basic salary they are only doing commissions, I'm bit glad to be inthe company because I learn new challenges every day but the payment method is not good compared to the work that I have done for them

It have been very great to work with sales even though it sometimes become very hectic but it worth a good experience because you end up learning a lot of different peoples behaviours and attitude, its trains your mind to be flexible and become always positive about every intention.

Working for avbob its really hard cause some months you may not get paid due to lapses
To work for avbob is very challenging but in a good way, we really get along with my colleagues we understand each other, what I love at avbob is when we go out for year end functions. I mostly enjoy my salary at avbob,my job is very challenging cause I earn base on commission
