Good work development

. Excellent working environment where you learn new things everyday . Good working relationship with subordinates and working with different people with different attitudes . Respect and value everyone's' effort . remaining competitive in the insurance industry by providing excellent service to our clients . I have committed myself in working very hard which pays at the end . I enjoy working for a big and a well known brand company (Avbob) . I have learnt to develop my team, motivate and encourage them to ensure that they play their roles effectively. . The most challenge of this job is that you earn an overriding commission for your teams' business which makes our salary to differ all the time and makes it difficult for us to budget.

Greaat learning opportunity

To work in this company is very good opportunity for me, the day at work is always nice but with lot of work the relationship with other workers is very good we communicate very well. I have learnt a lot from this company this has been a great plattaform fo me to explore many thing on how the insurance industry work the ethics and treating customers fairly. I enjoy helping people and dealing with different type of people every day. The most challange thing about my job is to deal with someone who just lost a family member

I think this is a right platform to gain more experience in the field.

I work with clients on daily basis and I treat customer satisfaction as my primary goal. I strive for success in a working environment. Our team is the best coz we help each other in every circumstances .I enjoy most when I see that our clients are happy about any service rendered by us.

Pros: I guess I would learn more skills in this company.
Cons: I don't mind working extra hours as long we deliver exceptional service to our clients

Excellent learning curve

Fieldwork is conducted everyday and some days are better than others. I am still under supervision because this is a new field for me and most of my co-workers, we are taking each day as it comes and our relationship is professional and rewarding. I have learned that the insurance industry is not a child's play and a person has to always be prepared and ahead of their clients. I enjoy talking to people most and this job has presented me with exactly that and I can say "so far so good". The most challenging aspect of this job is being confronted with a difficult client with lots of questions only to reject or denying to take up a policy.
