Excellent learning curve
Fieldwork is conducted everyday and some days are better than others. I am still under supervision because this is a new field for me and most of my co-workers, we are taking each day as it comes and our relationship is professional and rewarding. I have learned that the insurance industry is not a child's play and a person has to always be prepared and ahead of their clients. I enjoy talking to people most and this job has presented me with exactly that and I can say "so far so good". The most challenging aspect of this job is being confronted with a difficult client with lots of questions only to reject or denying to take up a policy.

There is no growth
Most jobs nèeds someone who is dedicated for they work and also needs a very disciplined person and also be willing to grow in a company by being helpful to others,punctuality is a key.

Good communication skills
I have been working as a financial advisor for Avbob for 6 years now.it is good company to work for.it has taught me a lot.typical work day it's when I don't reach my daily target i become very stressful but all I do is to calm down and come with a new strategy.i get along very well with my colleagues and I always help them where I can.i have learnt to adapt nd accommodate everyone around me.i enjoy to be in the field helping client nd interacting with different people.

I did learn a lot from them especially on how to treat clients / customers
For me working for an insurance company as big as Avbob helped me in such a way that, I can handle any pressure that I can come across with. I was told there that the client is always right never ague with the client. What I didn't like is that they only pay their employees with only commission ,when you are sick there was no compensation for you nothing at all .
Pros: What I can say about them you were not getting promoted when you were lazy

Working for avbob its really hard cause some months you may not get paid due to lapses
To work for avbob is very challenging but in a good way, we really get along with my colleagues we understand each other, what I love at avbob is when we go out for year end functions. I mostly enjoy my salary at avbob,my job is very challenging cause I earn base on commission

I need this job by all means its tough outside hunger is killing me all i need is to provide for my family so they can be happy like a normal citizens so if i get such chances everythibg will be fine

Excellent leadership
It's a very challenging office as we have a lot reports to oversee, and we as colleagues work in groups to achieve our monthly stats. My department had me a greater person in being real to business life and understanding the purpose of an entity I really love seeing clients happy as I know whats a single client is worth off. (My biggest challenge)
Pros: I always become an asset to entity instead of an employee

Excellent learning curve
The mist challenging expect was working lo g hours...but i have learned in avbob prepared me no my next challenge ..I enjoyed most to travel numerous areas .networking Mali g new friends and being productive to the company
