I have been working in the sales environment for 11 years now. I took a break to pursue my career in hospitality but the industry is not as easy to penetrate as it looks. I did get a job at emerald hotel, and the breeze. I worked as a chef de patier. I worked well with all my coleagues, i really enjoyed the hours as well. I learnt a lot fromm the environment and the colleagues. But now I'm back on the unemployment roll and seeking and opportunity to prove myself once again.

Working at Avbob is the best experience ull gain and commission is the best.
Workinknow your products and sell what you understand close the deal with a smile always do follow ups on your customers check if there happy did they receive all the necessary documents.

It is a challenging company and very good to work with and you have to be more active and a hard working person and love people i have learned a lot like to manage my self and time management is very important it made me become desciplined

Am able to do perfect job without being supervised
It is a very challenging job need self commitment and team work and it is no work no pay. Commitment is the most important and I work with positive people. The most difficult is that u work alone you have to go out to asks permission to companies. What I have learn is to work perfect without supervision. The part I enjoy it was doing a successful presentation where people will like and accept the product.

Cons: It depends on the clients available you can even work whole night.

Working for avbob it's a dream come true because you learn and interact with different people
Being an avbob employee is an opportunity that people like me got and I'm forever grateful because learned a lot from the six years s I spent of which I'm still working there, I grew as a sales representative and I learned how to deal with difficult clients in a manner that will benefit both parties. Avbob has gaven me an opportunity to grow and learn things I didn't know

Excellent learning curve for what I'm looking for to be owning inthe future
The company has been in service for a very long time but they are not paying basic salary they are only doing commissions, I'm bit glad to be inthe company because I learn new challenges every day but the payment method is not good compared to the work that I have done for them

It have been very great to work with sales even though it sometimes become very hectic but it worth a good experience because you end up learning a lot of different peoples behaviours and attitude, its trains your mind to be flexible and become always positive about every intention.

Excellent company values
Avbob is a good company, that think about people when coming to the services. Because it hired matriculants to go out and market their services to people who don't know anything about them, or those who don't have time to go to the offices, also to enjoy and know the benefits of the company policies.
