I am massive women and ambitious one

I've learned how to work with other people team work and being a sales rep Is very challenging and stressfull but how to deal with stress and hetic clients and I enjoy the work the problem is we earn by commission and sometimes you dnt get clients we've needs kids have to go schooll you have to pay for house many expenses

Pros: I like great opportunities of promotions
Cons: You have to work at night for those clients who are doing night shifts

I know most of my job so its no longer put me under pressure

For me i fill like i have outgrown the position, i dont feel any pressure when doing my job because I'm used to the processes. I have excellent relationships with co-workers. When i arrived there i wanted to do more but i feel like i took some steps backwards in terms of duties.

Pros: Great company, and environment. Amazing colleagues
Cons: No growth, its good for someone who is about to be on pension

Gained great experience in pressured environment

I helped at the front desk with a busy switchboard, walk in clients, taking messages, directing visitors. I assisted the branch manager with admin tasks. I sorted 3 months of filing that had built up. I designed funeral leaflets.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours for low salary, I worked mostly for commission

Team player, self disciplined, highly motivated,and an achiever

I am a dynamic, energetic and proactive individual who would perform with minimal supervision. I have the ability to lead, motivate and direct my team, thus achieving optimum effort from them. I am able to resolve conflicts, and manage diversity within the team. I have the ability to deliver optimum work under stressful conditions. I am able to communicate with different levels of staff, ranging from directors to ground level staff, thus I am able to adapt my communication skills accordingly.

I take every development of my career as a challenge that can put me on another level

I like doing presentations.i prefer to work with the vteam but most of the time individually.I have learn that perseverance and passion build an individual. I enjoy working with positive people.the most challenging in of a field worker is to know where you are going and have a plan.

Cons: Being a sales person you are 24 hours on duty as you have to determine your own salary

Am fast learner

Am hard working and am fast learner .can work under pressure .am well leaner more about new job come on my way i have experienced in telesale. I love environment of sale because you leaner how to talk to other by respect. I have good relationship with my boss and colleagues. I have enjoyed my job.because the a good people and they help you if you need help by something am good this job because hard working this job need someone who can handed pressure because the too pressure in call centers

Growth and having an excellent learning experience, you never stop learning

I got to learn a lot in the insurance industry and because they are always enhancing the benefits it means you can never stop learning, it is hectic because it a head office and we service all branches around south Africa and it is important to work around the turn around time so that we may not affect the representatives commission.

Pros: Great benefits for clients and growing as an individual
Cons: System is not allowing us to work our to our full potential

I am a Assistant manager who can control people from most of the time.

I am most of the time about 45min before my starting time at work. I also normally work 2 to 4 hours longer, because my work must be done before I leave the office. I became very well along with the people I worked with and I work in a team of professional staff and have a great experience with the client and the team and can be a great team leader. I learned very day new skills and other experience in different ways and areas. I never will be to old to say that I am a professional and know everything in my life. I love to working with client's and dealing with other people's interests and the community. My most challenging in my work is to be given me new targets and to start new projects.

Pros: Be honest and informed the client about the products and services that you can provide.
Cons: I don't have any problem with working long hours and driving long distance.
