I be came a 2 in command for the team leader position

i enjoyed working at capfin its good company with a lot of growth. People in a call center are friendly sometimes but they have their days .When i came to capfin i was new to this industry but being with the company i have learnt a lot i don't regret working for he company but its time to grow. Working for the company for these years i enjoyed every moment especial the company events are great.The most challenging aspects its when you must meet the target of the month .

Excellent learning curve

Capfin is my first company and I've learned so much from everyone there. It's been three years with the company it's time to move over to some challenging new things. Working in a call centre environment can be challenging.

Pros: Best place to start when u are from school

Best learning curve

My typical work day is always the best because I'm always ready for my job ,and having the best relationship with my co-workers makes my job enjoyable ,everyday I learn new things but what I have learnt the most is to always be a team player for the success of either you or the company that you work for I enjoy educating the customer or giving out product knowledge because that shows willingness to assist .The most challenging part of my job is working night shift .

Excellent learning curve in the call centre department

Capfin was my first permanent employment job as I had been struggling to find work in Pretoria I had to move to CapebTown for the opportunity. I had to adapt to a new environment and learn a new language (Isixhosa).

Pros: Great stepping stone towards being a team leader, quality assessor even call centre manager.

Open to new challenges and willing to learn

i am currently in the new business area where i assist customers with their loan applications, from the beginning to an end. i resolve customer service queries as well as requesting outstanding documents from customers. we have a friendly and professional relationship with my colleagues. New skills and working with different customers on daily basis. i enjoy interacting with customers the most and always look forward to assist them Most challenging part is when customers documents are not scanned properly and on the other hand the customer doesn't know about that and they are advised to go back and rescan them

A Great Learning Expirience

Working for Capfin has it's challenge as sometimes i deal with difficult clients have remain calm and keep the companies brand, Capfin has lots of diversity as the people here are very kind and warm specially my team mates are like my family. Since coming i grew as a person as i have learned how to deal with difficult clients in a professional manner, and my integrity has played a huge role as we deal with confidential information as we deal clients personal information

Pros: Great opportunity of Promotion
Cons: Working hours as sometimes i knock off at 20:30 and it is difficult to get public Transport

Cover Letter

I am a Quality Assurance consultant at Capfin. My daily duties is assessing the Document Vetting department. That is the department the receives the customer's documents. Consultants verify the customer's details. Feedbacks will be provided to the consultants that achieved below 90% on a Wednesday and Fridays. I have 40 consultants assigned to me. I have weekly meetings with the Team Leaders. Every month I have a team meeting with the consultant to talk about weekly trends within the team.

Good experience

My job at capfin is very challenging at times because you get to deal with difficult customers most of the time and still have to make target by educating the customer about the importance of paying their loans. Capfin also provide a good working environment and the staff is very nice we get along very well. Working at capfin has thought me a lot of things like working in a team and good telephone manners. I love interacting with different people and helping others where I can. The most challenging part of being a collection agent for me is collecting on unemployed people or people who haven't paid their account for more than four months because at that time they are close to getting handed over for legal action.

Growth

The great thing working for Capfin the company allows you to grow within the company and they always keen to hear other peoples input about a certain product that company wants to introduce.The main reason I want another job is to write my own salary. Im also goal driven and I believe that I could achieve my goal going into greener pastures
