Financial Management

I have knowledge of data capturer and processing loans and document vetting. Previous company collection's aswell as customers queries and payment arrangements for the customers. I Have the ability to work under pressure and manage time keeping without any supervision and enjoy working in a team.

I really enjoy assisting my customers .

I'm working at new business department that is were we process loan applications and I also assist in the verting I validate proof of income that is sent by our customers. We working as team so there is no I in a team.What I have learnt is to adapt easily for any changes that we have. I really enjoy validating my customers documents.And the most challenging thing is that I need to always be accurate because we working with numbers and to read the script verbatim but not sound robotic or as if I'm reading.

Pros: The are great opportunity because there learnships within the company and vacancies.
Cons: 40-45 hours per week

Hard worker and team player

I am a hard worker, goal driven.always on pair in meeting my targets. I keep my time very well give my customers best service at all time with smile walking in customer shoes. I like to work with other people I'm friendly but serious about my job.

Excellent learning curve

Working for capfin it is challenging as day to day you deal with difficult clients, but i like the working environment as i have a good relationship with my fellow co-workers and my team leader.

Pros: Having to understand the working environment and great oppoturnity for promotion
Cons: Unfavourable working working hours as sometimes i knock off at 20h30 and it is difficult to get public transport

Innovative

It was great and inspiring they have growth opportunities as well as programs in place for people who make their work their university.they make their employees feel comfortable and when it come to the people i have worked with they were very encouraging.the challenging aspect was dealing with difficult clients.

Great Career opportunity.

A typical work day would normally include completing new and existing loan applications as quick and efficiently as possible. Depending when you started on that day,your shift would end early,which is one of the perks I enjoyed,including medical aid and Incentive bonuses. There is a close and friendly relationship between coworkers, although not so much can be said about top management. However,how to build a relationship between the customer and company is what I have learned and treasured the most.

Cons: Few growth opportunities.

A Great Learning Expirience

Working for Capfin has it's challenge as sometimes i deal with difficult clients have remain calm and keep the companies brand, Capfin has lots of diversity as the people here are very kind and warm specially my team mates are like my family. Since coming i grew as a person as i have learned how to deal with difficult clients in a professional manner, and my integrity has played a huge role as we deal with confidential information as we deal clients personal information
