Not excellent earning

I enjoy being orientated team player, puntuality , customer satisfaction, quality of my work,team work also to work unsupervised, the skip levels meetings, company survey such asking questions to the staff members to see if the company is following the working code of conducts, the employers and employee needs are being monitored. What the company can do in order to keep their employees to be happy all the time. The challeging aspect of the job few hours because of higher competion between company and competitors.

Great stepping stone for my career

I am an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator who enjoys taking on new challenges. I assist the Brand Equity Manager by coordinating the implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans to build the brand in the market place. I’m involved in developing and executing TTL marketing campaigns to promote the brand, products and services to potential and current customers by maintaining promotional materials, planning inventory and coordinating and executing brand activations. In addition to my general tasks, I compile presentations and reports, as well as, assist a team of busy professionals with their needs. I’m known by my team as “The Fixer” or the “Go-to-Girl” for ensuring the office is run smoothly and that all aspects of the team’s work are filed and that invoices are paid on time.

Fast learner, time keeper

I am a characteristic and friendly person. I'm that person who likes cheer up my teammates and share information with each other. Assisting one another with our performance on how to improve it to make sure everyone is on the same boat. I have learnt a team spirit and never be shy to ask for an assistance. Respect my job and understand how it can impact the customer experience and how it will reflect the company.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great company to work for, lots of opportunities. It's actually one of the best call centres to work for. They take good care of their employees. Great environment, lots of fun.

I really enjoy assisting my customers .

I'm working at new business department that is were we process loan applications and I also assist in the verting I validate proof of income that is sent by our customers. We working as team so there is no I in a team.What I have learnt is to adapt easily for any changes that we have. I really enjoy validating my customers documents.And the most challenging thing is that I need to always be accurate because we working with numbers and to read the script verbatim but not sound robotic or as if I'm reading.

Pros: The are great opportunity because there learnships within the company and vacancies.
Cons: 40-45 hours per week

Good working environment.

It's a good company but needs one to be outstanding. You need to be self driven and a go getter. Need to have a food product Knowledge. Yes the management made life a living hell for employees but we knew the reason why we worked there and what kept us going. There was no recognition for most employees.

Assessing of calls for plus minus 40 agents. 3 calls per week per agent Providing feedback to both consultants and operations management Monthly meetings to discuss trends with the teams Coaching to the bottom performers Support operations in coaching and advising on bad behaviors Weekly reporting to the QA manager

It's a learning environment, growing and opportunities

I been working for the company for 6 years now .. We work as teams and we need to check targets as a team...we always have team and department competition to keep you on the game...I have learnt alot in dealing with a customer and how to deal with difficult customers

Good working environment

I learnt how to work professionally . My relationship with co-workers was good. I enjoyed doing surveys and sport festivals where we play relays and boosting confidence. The most challenging was to deal with angry customers who have no patience at all, but since we were trained professionally we knew how to deal with.

Pros: From call center agent to Document Vetting Consultant
Cons: 45 hours per week , and overtime sometimes.
