Well I saw an opportunity and it was certainly not to call customers/

Well I saw an opportunity and it was certainly not to call customers/ receive calls. Basically customers come on chat to chat to you. There are all type of customers and this was the 'Retention' meaning - you try and save customers. For me it was something worth the experience. I had a whole lot of friends an obviously there are just a random amount you are close too and we use to turn up the heat at work, have fun, laugh whole day and cheer people up. It was like when I had a new team manager and few new people and I was the old agent with these new ones, everyone was so scared of her and did not like know what's laughter until I came along and even the team manager started to enjoy my company. I will say the most challenging part was to save these really angry customers and when you tried every best deal to offer and they refuse - you just got to let them go. I have learnt a lot of things from agents, managers and even customers

Great stepping stone

Wonderful working environment, has it fair shair of moment where u want to quit, bt u reminded at the end of the day this is not only your work place but it also your family, bubbly environment, where you learn each and every day

It was an good stepping stone

I need a good time working for cci I was able to move with in the company and go to different campaigns domestic and international. which was a great learning and working experience

Good long term career

I am a self-confident, strong minded individual who can easily adapt to any environment. I am able to multi task as well as work independently. I have extensive experience in administration, sales, auditing, computers and management. I am always up for a challenge and look forward to learning new things. I work well under pressure because I work smart. I do this to succeed in whatever I do to accomplish my goals. I would love the opportunity to take on a new challenge.

No growth

I left work becuase there was no growth and hardwork goes unrecognised. Hours are too long and its affect my phusics. My co- workers were passionate however people left everyday as they looking for development and rewards. This work though allowed me to learn alot especially with communication skills, working as a team and provide good customer service. I enjoyed challenges that came with this job and only if there were recognised. The challenges would be off customers demands, targets, language barriers as it was an international campaign and team work.

I had a very good experience from the companies I’ve worked for.

Most of the companies I worked for I was a consultant/ technical advisor/ book keeper for one of the loan companies i worked for. The experience I had while working at the call centre was different, I fixed devices from all over England for people who had fibre connections fro TalkTalk telecommunications At first it was a bit challenging but I had to learn faster. Form Other companies it was challenging and easy at the same time. I only dealt with registering loans and collecting money from their account.

Pros: Great opportunity to socialise to build a career profile, improved my communication skills and it was a good experience.
Cons: Long working hours and less time to rest.

Handle claims, manage daily activities, review new claims and review the claims with the insured.

My work day starts off my daily activities as to review new claim as well as call the main insured. My relationship with my co-workers is great as we work together solving problems we at times do not know how to approach. My biggest outcome through being a claims consultant is that i learn new things every day. I enjoy learning from my co-workers as well as speaking to customers on a daily basis.The most challenging part of the job is when authorisation for repairs have not been processed as well as policy report delays.

Pros: I handle time management well, work well under pressure and know how to handle complaints.
Cons: Long working hours are not a problem as i work hard to see good results.
