Learning experience

Everyday is a day of work, there's less time for chats due to the amount of work there is. Employees treat each other like family. We might have different opinions that clash at times, but we're family. I've learnt there hardwork pays. I enjoy when everyone is united, doing everything with one mind The targets where sometimes hard to meet, but with perseverance they were doable

Team work high pressure deadline constant follow up and update provision support nationally and process driven outcome driven friendly people constant communication with other stakeholders who affect of the claim

Excellent learning

It's actually great and I'm learning a lot of things but as a person growth is very important and you need to get moving it's your life at the end of the day. Go out there and learn,experience new things from different environments and people

Pros: Great Environment to be around
Cons: Long hours and getting to work overtime without even letting us know. That was causing problems for some of us

Exciting experience

A typical day at work is getting there and just answering calls of customers with different issues. I absolutely loved my collegues, we got along perfectly fine. The most challenging part of the job was not having a social life outside work because my life was now programmed to being awake at night and asleep during the day. That really played a negative roll in my mental health aswell.

Pros: Get to experience working with different nationalities

Excellent learning curve.

On a daily basis, i deal with customer's inquiries & offering solutions. Promoting the companies products. I deal with American customers. My relationship with my co-workers is good because we also help one another with any issues work related. I have learnt how to use the system at work, providing the best customer service & also team work. I enjoy being able to help the customers with anything they need that is available for what we provie as a company. One of the most challenging aspects of my job is having your AHT good, playing your IBA & ITT on the system, minimizing your on holds. Also dealing with rude customers.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions.
Cons: Long working hours.

Call centre experience

Working as an agent was a challenging because of the pressure that comes with it. A typical working day was good, I've learnt alot about customer service and how you should approach customers and their queries. My relationship with co-workers was very good we got along very well and assisted each other where necessary. I enjoyed my job when everything was going well, receiving good results and feedback from customers and my manager too. The most challenging aspects was when customers were not happy with their resolutions and wanted something that was beyond my abilities and also when my manager would put so much pressure on me for that meanwhile I don't have control over what the customer will rate the company when I have provided the best resolutions possible.

Pros: Lunch breaks
Cons: Long hours and little income

Good working curve
