Excellent learning curve, I've learned more than I ever thought I would of learned about people.

The company on a whole is good, however with the right management it could be better. People feel over worked and under paid, you need to keep your employees happy if you don't want them to leave.

Pros: In the beginning there opportunity for growth was limitless, or at least that's what it seemed like

Different experience with UK customers.

Customers call for contracts upgrades, cancellations, re contracts or queries. We document every call and all actions and conversation. We use different systems to do changes and sales on our pc's. Every customer must recieve a great customer experience thus is how we recieve our commission based on the quality of our calls, attendance and adhering to score card on system. We have a great work relationship with our team manager and colleagues and have built a very close bond. The most challenging part of the job are the hours and them not corresponding with the pay. But as challenging as the job can be its a great learning curve and you learn alot everyday.

Pros: There is a step up program for growth and you work for incentives and commission.
Cons: Hours are too long and salary

Energetic and fast leaner

i have learned a lot about computers including Microsoft word excel and power point we work on a night shift from 00:00 to 10:00 in the morning we update the information on the system about the policies that needs to be updated. everyone is friendly and we work in a very friendly and warm environment at first the most challenging thing was to work on a night shift but now I am used to it.

Pros: being able to be a data capture
Cons: 12 hours

Learning curve

At CCI we work for Talk Talk an UK telecommunications company, we are basically the contact centre. My department is retains, we deal with customers who wants to leave the company,or who wants to upgrade theor contract or downgrade. So far we are still under training, in my whole life I never thought I would work at a call centre let alone enjoy working there . I have enjoyed working there and I have so far grew mentally, I think and loom at life diffirently now. I have more confident in myself now , I have great communication skills now then before. The challenge is that we get 2-11 pm shifts.

Adaptability personified

The company is great to be honest. I like the atmosphere n fun environment. The management is friendly n staff are the same. Only drawback is the long shifts which are mainly at night due to the fact that we service international customers

Rapid growth in a large scale which is essential to human skills

It's was a great experience which thought me a great lesson about humanity which revieled to me solidarity among people in general is very effective to any large scale companys productiveness. It though me how important it's is to create the human spirit amongst colleagues as we are the operations and the continuouty of the establishment.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: it's policies are biased to oppress the human capital to literally being as per human capital

Great company

Working for one of the world's largest international call centres constantly stimulates growth and development with a strong foundation that's structured with three strong pillars, which are one family one dream, want to work not need to work and performance through people. These pillars installed the correct attitudes and behaviors to network and skill share across the world. Enabling a multi skilled,multi racial, universal and adaptable mentality that realigned my focus towards building and developing more leaders to successfully achieve all goals set.

Call center environment

Company is a decent environment lota of money to be made however the night shift i cant cope with 12pm-10am. The incentives are really great if yoy are looking for a step into the right direction and into your firat job cci will definitely be the place for you. But as it stands today i require growth and feel as though it is time to branch off into new adventures.
