At the company I worked at CCI I learnt how to reconsult with clients and making them happy at the end of the day I worked with friendly people my team leader was a very nice person always willing to help

Call center certificate and Ms Office
It's a vibrant environment with good management support. Co workers works as a team. Outstanding performance worker's get incentives, gifts etc. QA worked hand in hand with agents.

Execellent
I was a xall centre agent and also have cerfitactes for good performance..CCI is a good place to work friendly colleagues...commission is a good but you need to work for it...customers are also understanding when you show that you are willing to help them

Good learning curve
I got to learn alot when it came the customer service and the call center enviroment as a whole...it challaged me alot because i was exposed to different problems that need a solution..so i would say it was a learning curve which i enjoyed..and support is everywhere from different co-workers and teammates as well

Excellent learning experience
Some days are stressful as management demands for their statistics. The hours are long but most colleagues are easy to work with. I enjoyed some of the benefits the most and I have learnt how to adapt to another persons level of understanding. The most challenging part is meeting the targets and working the long hours .

It's a great company but they do not consider employees needs.
Well it's a great working environment but the team leaders are not supportive and not understanding, have favoritism. Being denied of leave days when you have serious meters. I enjoy working there but my manager makes me want to quit the job because of his behavior towards his team and I feel like our voices are not being heard. I have learnt to be patient with customers, learnt how to listen to customers. The most challenging part of the job is dealing with rude and prank calls none the less its a graat experience.

Learning curves
A usual working day is not to bad as we deal with rude clients on a daily base, aside from that we have good relations with co workers as its one goal that we working towards, the 10 hour shift can get hectic at times but we got to stick it out.

Excellent manners
Can work well under pressure, always efficient and pro active loves challenges im always willing to engage in orienteted activities, would prefer to work normalhours and no weekends since im a part time student.

Th working conditions are good
The hours are too long for the pay im receiving and the job is stressfull as im dealing with clients that arw mostly calling because they are unhappy so the job isnt as easy as moat people make it out to be but i jave learnt to best deal with pressure under different circumstances
