Quality facilities professional with ample experience in HSE and project management
Looking for a new challenge, outgrown current structure and there’s no room for growth and self development, looking to be appreciated and rewarded for the hard work we put in, quarterly bonuses would be nice or even a December bonus, some sign of appreciation and acknowledgment to what we put in

Excellent environment and great experience
Excellent environment, management and staff make you feel at home. What i enjoy the most is helping customers with their issues and hear them thank you for your help. What used to be challenging is the different customers you come across how ever its really joyful to be able go calm a customer down and assure them they are in great hands as you will do your level best to help them. Company is good people make it bad It was a great place to work but then when different management took over certain campaigns it became a horrible place to work

Excellent vibe and energy
We assist customers with their phone service such as add and removing of products e. G extra data. We empathize and treat customers in the best way possible. It may be hectic but with the right colleagues and energy everything turns out to be a good fit

Excellent learning experience
Long work hours We are a tight close family I've learnt a lot about being able to stay calm when faced with a difficult customer/client and try by all means to assist them in the best way possible I do enjoy the incentives that we get.

I enjoy talking to people , I cooperate 100% with the people I work with and I love challenges, I take my time to do things so I can give great result , I've learnt to be always humble to others no matter how bad is the situation , I can work 10 hours a day for seven days a week
