I got retrenched with Cell C and currently contracted to Altectech Netstar
I currently work in a customer service environment , receiving high volumes of calls daily . We handle different kinds of clients from irate to normal clients . We are highly pressurized as we need to answer calls as well as emails and we work on targets. We work as a team which is great because it increases our productivity. I have learnt to stay calm, professional and make sure that I treat all customers the same .

Being an exeptional customer service agent.
I have learned alot when it comes to being a team player within my mates and colleagues. I now know how to explain a bill to a customer as it my job discription. I have good listening and communication skills. Pay attention to detail. I know how to resolve problems by coming up with solutions as it is also part of my job discription. I am good when it comes to multi tusking as I answer calls , type and speak to customers all at the same time. Team work is important to me as we all work together in coming up with solutions in resolving matters and respect other people's opinions.

I have learned so much when it comes to resolving problems, and being a team player
My day at work is always interesting i get to speak with a lot of customers,theres too much challenge and pressure dealing with different customers some of them are angry which i have to calm them and offer solution. I enjoy time i spend with my colleagues my team we always have a lot to talk about which mostly about work the queries we had and how we resloved sharing ideas which helps team work, I also enjoy our team building sessions where we get to relax and talk about life, during my time in Cell c i have learnt to tink out of the box and always have solutions to every query, i have learnt to be able to work alone and also be able to be s team player, i enjoy going to church, going out with my friends im a poeples person enjoy having people around me

Excellent training by the team and attention to details.
I normally work night shift fro 3 pm to 23.30 pm . Taking call through out the day depending on my hours i get one 15 minutes break or a 30 minutes break or sometimes if its more than 8 hours i get an hour break of which the break are not been paid enjoy when you educate a customer something they knew nothing about and the appreciaton they give is priceless. The most challenging is having to work without growth or no recognition from anyone only being noticed when you do something wrong.

Learnt a lot and I'm still learning new things
Its a great environment,its at the headoffice so everything is proffesional which is great. Its easy not to close minded. i have a great relationship with my co workers as it is important, especially to work together as a team and take the company to newer heights, solidarity does not help at all in any work environment. I have learnt a lot,I am pro active, i sometimes go to other finance departments during my lunch time to learn how they do their work,i like a challenge,If my job doesn't challenge me I get bored easily. i enjoy our connect sessions on every last Friday of the month, the whole building we go meet up at connect center and have food and soft drinks while getting to know other people and socializing,its very unique and enjoyable. The challenge with this Job is that the hours can sometimes be hectic, Fridays is our busy day, as we assist stores, Fridays they call in high volumes,and month end we have to come in on Saturday.

Excellent learning curve

Fast learner
Hardworking and enjoy serving customers .Has ones up and down days but take it as it comes nd make the best of it... Enjoy working and reaching target working as a team . At first i found things difficult but luckily im one that learns fast and picked up how and what to do very fast. What i find very challening is convincing a custumer what to do when their first option isnt available because some people want what they want and cane for,not a secondary option especially those whom take advantage of their rights as a customer. Always willing to take these challenges on and better yet getting a solution to get it solved.
Pros: like taking on challenges!!!

Excellent training and learning environment
i work flexible hours , could be early morning or late afternoons.Had great group that encourage each other.I have learnt consistancy and how important time keeping and accuracy is to the business, and patience.
