It's a beautiful challenge to work at Cell C and i'm happy with that as it grows me a lot. I’m an impressive candidate and appear to cope under pressure. I use my initiative extensively and Communicate effectively. I received awards from Employers, for attitude and work performance. I describe myself as "self-motivated, hard working person, with the ability to work under pressure, can multitask, and have good judgement and decision- making skills". I have a code 10 driver’s license I have 6 excellent references.

Medium quality
Its a good company with perfect management to work under, the critical part is working based on commission and nothing else. Communication check, interaction check, flexible working hours check, travel check, build relationships with customers check.

Im a store manager for Cell C at a Mall in Somerset West.
I would come to work and draw a stock on hand report and see if everything is accounted for. I would then give feedback to the nescasary parties. We would then convene and have a morning buzz meeting, I would address any issues and inform the agents of any changes to the current offerings. My relationship with my colleagues is very professional however we do have heart to heart talks when we need to. The thing I enjoy the most about this job is when a client comes in the store angry at the world and leaves with a smile on his face after conversing with me. The most challenging aspect is that I feel that I am not realising my full potential. A quality that my current role has tought me is patience, lots of patience.

Good learnering experience
Working for cellc has been a great opportunity for me to be able to see what the working environment was like since it was my first job ii really enjoyed doing what I did it was a very friendly environment.ive learnt a lot including how to work with different people and different personalities it taught me on how to have patience and how to deal with difficult customers in a positive way I enjoyed assisting th customers

Excellent
I enjoy every single day at work because i don't let my personal issues affect my work. I get along with everyone that i work with. I enjoy doing promotions . I learn't that even if i have to reach my targets but, the customers must be happy too. the most challenging aspects is dealing with angry customers, but i have learnt how to deal with them

Excellent learning curve
We had targets and it was nice challenging each for incentives and I've learnt to be patience, I enjoyed working with different people from different backgrounds

Excellent experience gained
Working in that company made me to start looking at customer care with a bigger picture because of the small experience I have gained and yes sometimes we will have those typical working days where you will even find yourself wiring under pressure but I ended up being used to it and my relationship with my co_workers was always good because sometimes we will have to do team work so without good relationship we were not going to achieve our goal I have learned how to handle customers and that I must always make sure that our customers are always happy and I enjoy most the part where I will be receiving my bonus because of the good work I have done and when I have reached the deadlines after working extra hours and the most challenging aspects of the job is when you have to deal with an angry customer and by the end of the day you have to make sure that you have a happy customer and make sure you keep that customer.

Learning curve
I love working with open people because the relationship at work of helping others becomes strong and good. I have learned a lot working at cell c as i have been moving from department to department gaining experience and knowledge as we never stop learning. Working well with people improve your work and assist with clients as well, my work mates would come and ask for assistance and i assist and when i need assistance it is the same thing. I go an extra mile when client is in need and has been calling for more than once, what I enjoy is a good relationship between me and work mates and clients especially when the clients is assisted quickly and when the client is happy.
