We had targets and it was nice challenging each for incentives and I've learnt to be patience, I enjoyed working with different people from different backgrounds

Excellent experience gained
Working in that company made me to start looking at customer care with a bigger picture because of the small experience I have gained and yes sometimes we will have those typical working days where you will even find yourself wiring under pressure but I ended up being used to it and my relationship with my co_workers was always good because sometimes we will have to do team work so without good relationship we were not going to achieve our goal I have learned how to handle customers and that I must always make sure that our customers are always happy and I enjoy most the part where I will be receiving my bonus because of the good work I have done and when I have reached the deadlines after working extra hours and the most challenging aspects of the job is when you have to deal with an angry customer and by the end of the day you have to make sure that you have a happy customer and make sure you keep that customer.

Growth

I enjoy working with people and selling product that benefit the need of a customers
I worked at altech Autopage for 3 years i was team leader as we never had a manager . then moved to cell c as I was a sales consultant what I enjoyed was high sales volume and the nessesary pressure we dealt with , the competition was very high and healthy and it was a great team work . everyone was allocated accounting to their best ability and we helped each other when it was required . the worse about being a cellular sales consultant is having to deal with queries and some had to be escalated to technical department . but above all I love working with people and meeting new challages you grow and become a better sales consultant

Growth and exposure
The company offers a great working environment and corporate culture. The industry is innovative and fast pace and offers growth at a fast pace. The work environment also offers flexibility . Over the past years, i have frown in the job, and versatility to adapting to work pressure. The most challenging aspects of the job is the strategy development and implementation.

Excellent learning curve
Some of my traits like the ability to manage time and people (both oneself and others )successfully;the ability to sell ideas and persuade others; who handles collections and keep track of financial statement of the organization. My main role was preparing billings and assisting account department with claims submission; resolving claim rejection problems; reviewing client’s accounts ; applying and ensuring billing and claims processing as in compliance with regulatory requirements; preparing and presenting reports to the management and coordinating with necessary parties and information them about eligibility criteria for claim submission

Cell C has groomed me, i started as a Call Center Agent from there i moved up to an administrator.
I am now able to work well with a group of people and able to sympathize with them. make sure that the staff is happy at all time to ensure that they deliver the best service to our customer. I was able to move from being a post paid an agent to an Administrator simply because I was continuously excelling at my expectations. when opportunities came was able to apply.
Pros: I am able to interact with people and learn a lot more from them and still interact with our welkin customer which keeps me updated with our products
Cons: They is not must growth in KZN i would have to move to JHB. i'm capable of a lot more. Growth is limited
