I learned how to deal with different kind of customers
I believe in team work it makes things easier in the company,you learn new things everyday,you also get to know what are your clients wants. What i learned is how to deal with customers who are angry,in that way u learn how to solve a problem without calling a manager. Be creative Be a problem solver Think fast Give correct information

MY TYPICAL DAY AT WORK is a day is when one gets incoming calls but there is no queue on the lines and we get to bond as colleagues by having small meeting and talking about problems we are experiencing when dealing with certain customer queries MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS: I would say it’s a very natural relationship as we all respect one another and we help each other with almost everything it’s like having a family away from home hence making one look forward to going to workWHAT HAVE I LEARNT: I’ve learnt that I can be all that I want to be and make use of all the thing I don’t like to better myself for a better life, better tomorrow and a better me WHAT DO I ENJOY THE MOST: Having helped someone who had a serious problem and they appreciate that just takes my breath away.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB: Working late shifts is challenging as I have a 1 year old son at home whom I never get to see sometimes due to late shifts

Dear Sir / Madam I hereby would like to apply for the position of Regional Sales Executive as advertised. I do cold calling following on leads . Check my email to see if any important emails arrived. Check my daily calendar and make changes where needed. I get along with everyone in our office. We go out every month. I have learned over these years is that you should never judge a book by it's cover. I enjoy selling. My NICK name is sharky. I take every opportunity. Excellent problem solving skills
I am very passionate about people and my work experience has been mainly focusing on customer service. I am able to handle different types of customers including the most angry clients . I work well in a team even though i do not need supervision all the time.

Excellent learning curve
I worked for Cell C. I was a sales agent for months. I enjoyed working with co workers because there was nothing much I had to do with them, but do my own work. At cell c I was selling cellphones over the phone to existing and non existing cell c customers. Selling anything over the phone is never easy, sales people work extra hard to identify certain things when they are having conversations with their clients so they can use those things to build trust. That is what I enjoyed most sometimes you get to make relationships with them but still make sure you get what is needed of you regardless of the situation they are giving to you. Hard. The hardest thing in sales is meeting targets. My target daily was 8 sales. Meeting the target is never easy but sometimes it just feels like a walk in a park but sometimes you will go home with just 4 sales. but what matters is how you get up and start the following day.

Good Company to work for and learned a lot.
A typical work day is from 07:00 to 19:30. Have a very good working relationship with my co-workers. Customer Service. Leasing with Customers Having to deal with Dogs everyday. lol

I learned how to work with people
I would go to work everyday always on time never late and I would take calls but I only dealt with people that had contracts with cell c md I would assit them with their bills and also to make sure their information on the system was correct..it has thought me how to communicate with people and how to deal with difficult customers the most challenging thing at work use to be that every month end we would que nd tske over 200 calls it was very stressfull but I always reach my target

I was working in an inbound call center whereby I dealt with people that had contract with cell c so I would send them their bills for the month and also update infromation on the system ..It has thought me alot also on how to work with people and communication was very important and whatever I do I give it my best

How to communicate with people
I was a inbound call center agent that dealt with people that have contracts with cellc and I would send them their bills for the month and also update information on the system..It has really thought me alot on how to communicate with people nd also difficult customers and I am very determined in what I do I give it my all and make sure the customer is happy at all times
