Very Good learning curve

I am an experienced and qualified IT professional who seeks challenging environment where I can apply my experience and education and grow professionally. A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful manager and leader with an in depth understanding of aspects of project coordination and implementation. Experience of supporting the delivery of new and existing products and business enhancements that enable individuals and organizations to improve the quality and productivity. Well presented with excellent communication skills and having a commercial approach to solving problems and developing business. I have IP knowledge, routing and switching knowledge, Fiber optic knowledge, WCDMA, LTE, and GSM knowledge and PABX knowledge. Currently I am working on the Radio Access Network (RAN) and BSS (GSM) networks analyze the data (level 2 support) and make recommendations on network capacity or expansion.

Good environment and atmosphere

it is a very nice environment to work at and the atmosphere the relationship we have as colleagues is very good. i learnt that everyone needs someone to work with and work around different department to develop your skills and that opportunity was given to us. what i enjoy the most is the team building that we organised on our own just to get to know each other better as colleagues out side work place and the rewards we get as top performers then in that case we always challenge each other to get our job done even better. the most challenging thing is meeting a CEO and give you a query that it is not even on your expertise thinking that i only deal with technical queries then something from a different department will be given to you and you need to get the solution and make sure that the customer is happy with.

Pros: development
Cons: working for this company is like coming to the other side of your family yes it can be frustrating at sometime with other few customers but that also depends on how you treat your customer on each an every call.

No grpwth in the company

I am passionate, highly motivated and committed with exceptional ability and willingness to learn. I am a hardworking dedicated and dependable individual, I have also acted as a Team Leader and was a trainer and Quality Analyst ,Social Escalations ,CEO and Manager Query Escalations and back office escalations ,I have Great Customer Care experience and Massive Technical Experience I assure you my appointment will prove beneficiary to your company.

Its an excellent learning curve

the company does not so much pressure but the money does not motivate one to be at work we have key performance indicators but we do not receive incentives for the rating that the customers make i was part of the top 10 but did not receive any incentive, we work as a team to archive ,I have learnt telephone etiquette how to handle calls and explain bills to customers calling customer care, I enjoy resolving customer queries because i get to learn a lot of different aspect from the calls i receive, when customers are very irate and not understanding because of the experience they have had.

Pros: The are less opportunity for promotion because we are still under contract
Cons: the are no long working hours the shifts are just straining

We are trained and up skilled monthly

work if Fun because you talk and assist different types off people and knowing that you have resolved some ones Query . the mos challenging aspect is the shifts late night shifts,the relation with with co-workers is the best ,i have learned self discipline and baing a srtong team player

Excellent working environment

It is great because they treat employees like grown up They share information with employees,listen to our ideas and act upon them.they treat us fairly and as co-workers we've got a team spirit that work together as a team and the most challenging aspect of the job is when one of our team member is lacking in his or her work however we come together to lift each other up and work as one.I enjoy working there because I want to expand my field knowledge,and my organisation is an opportunity to learn in my field.I've learned about value and challenges of working with others ,managing time and keeping up with multiple priorities.

Hard work look for solution

I m very motivated,hard worker and smart.When give task I dont complaint how difficult I try my outmost to find solution.I motivate my team members.because I believe happy team give better result.when came to displining team will sign warning with a smile

It was good learning curve

I learned to solve customer query on the 1st call, and my kpi were very high. While we were on training we learned how to do SAP and to find out if the customer is telling the truth about his /her details using Xds because that's were we can c if a customer is not trying to create fraud using another person details. I also learned to work well with the other team members and being responsible especially working alone without supervision.

Pros: Great platform to learn the environment of call center
Cons: But the hours are long

I would like to explore work avenue

i would like to explore work avenues within a dynamic environmet where i will be able to put theory into practice. i would like a broadly defined job in which i have a space ti use my initiative that will give me an opportunity to advance
