It was good learning curve
I learned to solve customer query on the 1st call, and my kpi were very high. While we were on training we learned how to do SAP and to find out if the customer is telling the truth about his /her details using Xds because that's were we can c if a customer is not trying to create fraud using another person details. I also learned to work well with the other team members and being responsible especially working alone without supervision.
Pros: Great platform to learn the environment of call center

Is a good working place everyone woyld like to be there
my duty is to monitoring alarm ,calling for tech ,escaleting to ops manager .requesting for updates.if there a mesure fault is our duty as alarm monitoring eningeers to make follow up every 30 minutes and updating it.people that are involve at NOC ( Network Operation centre) we got Manager , Team leader ,Chief Captain and Alarm monitoring Engineers people that we work with are technicians they are responsiblities is to make sure that service on clients are operating smoothly everytime ,phone need to have network all the time in order to clients happy .

Excellent learning opportunity
Great place for a student or someone that just finished school to start at. Not the ideal place for a person looking to grow within a company. There's no opportunities to grow even though you've proven yourself. Working with people is really nice, there's ups and downs.

Good working enviroment.eager to learn
been working there for a matter of time and it was amaizing but the only fault they dont reward you for your hard work and also long working hours. The transport had an massive impact of my timing and schedule. The company failing to pay my full amount of salary.

Good
I am young vibrate am,24 year old engertic,eager to learn. Flexible to adopt to any situation and hard work. I have good emotional intelligence also good interpersonal character. I am able to work fast and accurate under pressure with or without supervisor able to any attention to details excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal communication skills- simply because I ensure that I put more effort to reach my job requirements by going and extra mile. Lastly I am able to work in team also being a team player

Excellent working environment
It is great because they treat employees like grown up They share information with employees,listen to our ideas and act upon them.they treat us fairly and as co-workers we've got a team spirit that work together as a team and the most challenging aspect of the job is when one of our team member is lacking in his or her work however we come together to lift each other up and work as one.I enjoy working there because I want to expand my field knowledge,and my organisation is an opportunity to learn in my field.I've learned about value and challenges of working with others ,managing time and keeping up with multiple priorities.

Excellent skills
As a call centre agent at cellc , I have learnt skills in terms of problem solving, communication with customers and positive attitude towards client. I have also gain knowledge regarding working with a team it helps sharing Ideas. I have worked long hours, I have a perfect relationship with my co-workers

Good company for a learning curve not to stay and grow that my reason for leaving too.

Excellent learning curve
Working for my company is exciting it allows you explore into other opportunities. Eachday we learn new things like New phone deals and what they offer, and that helps to build a great relationship with my colleagues because we try and debate and teach eachother the new phones. And what I've learnt most is customer service, how to handle customers and I know more about phones than before. I enjoy working with people (customers) interacting with other people gives you the knowledge and idea of what other people need. The challenging part about my job is having to deal with difficult customers.

We are trained and up skilled monthly
work if Fun because you talk and assist different types off people and knowing that you have resolved some ones Query . the mos challenging aspect is the shifts late night shifts,the relation with with co-workers is the best ,i have learned self discipline and baing a srtong team player
