Good
It was good to work at checkers but there was no overtime so that i can increase my wages i was enjoying to work with people in different cultures. I experienced how to deal with customers now i know customer always right i now know i must be friendly at work i am proud because i know how to work as a team and individual

A place to gain experience
I am working at checkers,in bakery department whereby we produce freshly made goods to eat for customers to buy. We work together to reduce the pressure of working under the pressure and to produce quality products for customers to buy.

Excellent learning area
The Shop usually open at 8am but the management team n the department staff must start two hours before to prepare for the department services such as deli,Bakery, Butchery, Cash office cleck n security staff.The cleaning department also get to the store at 6am to clean in time. The Receiving n stockroom department will get on their duty at 7am to start receiving warehouse n check all the stock that has arrived in a right store.The challenges will be when you get one hard delivery guy who doesn't wanna follow the procedure or follow or company rules.N sometimes having a high risk supplier n would wait n wait n wait for them until the delivery guy get crossed n start the argument. Communications with my collegues is great we teach each other all the types of work n we learn almost everyday.
