Excellent curve learning
It is very challenging to work with a group of people, everyday you get learn something new and working as a team it makes a productive. I have a good relationship with the workers they are very energetic and always willing to learn something new everyday. what i have learnt working with them is the fact that they always have a solution when it comes to problem solving. The most thing that i have enjoyed with them is that they work hard in order to achieve they target that they have been given on a daily basis. The most challenging thing about working with them is that most of the time they stay absent some of them they come drunk at work,when it comes to being drunk at work and absenteeism is that you must discipline them before it goes further you must discipline in a way that you giving warning and dismissing some of the employees for poor performance. Disciplining someone you that they are bread winners at home is not easy its very challenging but you have to follow the company's policies.

Major strength (Microsoft)
At Recreation and Parks: We take bookings for the park we give a booking sheet and person fill in the form and we submit them a permit. We file the booking sheets. I keep my relationship with my colleagues professional i communicate with them but nothing personal i discuss with them , I have learnt how to work on Microsoft Lync and how to do the bookings and submit the permits. When dealing with customers that are difficult.
Pros: Great opportunity to improve my knowledge and qualifications
Cons: Does not always have work depending on how busy we are

I have learnt the following: - Administration and Payroll - Contract Management - SAP System - Team Management - Time management Good working environment, always needing to communicate with each other co-workers. I have learnt to manage my time better and create a process of work, manner of filing and working environment that creates an easy and understandable flow for everyone on my team. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with people. The way you speak and communicate a message across and listening and understanding people's problems.

Excellent learning curve
-Providing clerical support for the office and the Ward Councillor -Daily usage of the Microsoft package -Attending to enquiries and complaints from members of the community -Answering/making Calls -Copying, scanning, faxing and sending email's -Administration of the City's Service Request e-service portal -Assisting residents with the filling in of Indigent grant forms -Assisting residents with the filling in of Sassa grant forms and Exemption's form -Filing in accordance with the City's Registry system -Assisting with compiling of C3 Notification reports -Liaison with City officials and members of the community -Ordering of items used in the office -Keeping registry of items used in the office and keeping sufficient stock for the Ward Councillor -Ensuring compliance with rules and following Council procedures

Career learning
Well organised company and I did enjoy my self and I even groomed and fell ready to face new challenges. but the company I previously worked for it does not have more opportunities to get a permanent post.

It is a learning curve, you get challenged on a daily basis
Serving the community at large and all the stakeholders with different needs is satisfying. Municipal Finance department is quite an interesting career path that has taught me the budgeting process and how it gets approved by whom and when. Learnt Public Finance policies. Enjoy drawing reports and create dashboards with formula to analyse the reports better. What makes me smile is when the budget spent is 95% and all the targets set achieved. Challenge , is dealing with stakeholders who doesn't provide information on time. I have a good relationship with my colleagues

Learned new skills
I am currently a contract employer at The City Of Cape Town in the Health Department. I have been working 12 months.This was the best working experience ever , if i could become permanent it would be a dream come true. Unfortunetly my contract ends at the end of June 2017. The people in this department is amazing , friendly , helpful and willing to teach , train and share there knowlegde with your.They are supportive and real team players
