I enjoy working with some fresh minds like me because we come up with ideas whereas am not a permanent worker am just an apprentice but they value my skills,my hardworking relation. I learnt a lot of things from my company. At electrical field you must focus and understand the working statistics that is used by the senior artisan.

Apprenticeship experience
Working for the City of Cape Town was a dream come true and I have really learned a lot. I've learned how to deal with people and they way. I have learned a lot about myself as well. My Apprenticeship was an amazing experience and learning curve. That's where I discovered my strengths and weaknesses. I have really learned a lot from each person and the field it's self. What I enjoyed most was every day is different you never know what you gonna do today. Today we might do cable faults and tomorrow maybe maintenance or sometimes we would do both in 1 day. I had a good relationship with my co workers. Everyone is different so we use to respect that. The Job comes with a lot of challenges but it's what you make out of each opportunity. What I enjoyed most is that you never know what you gonna do Today each day is something different.

Flexibility
One must know how to reference relevant government legislation as it is applied to everything. Co-workers are friendly but there is a level of superiority and micro management, but all that also depends how you work in relation to such people, if you just do your work then that sort of stuff does not negatively affect you. I have a good relationship with my co-workers as I am not at work to make friends, but to work. I have learnt to be thorough in my work and to pay attention to detail, also to adjust to various working conditions. I enjoy the auctions as each one is different and gives an adrenaline rush. My job is challenging because I work for one of the departments that bring in the most money and so one always has to be on their toes.

I would love a new challenge
A typical work day would involve dealing with about 100 different people per day. Having to help each one with different queries relating to their needs. I had the best team to work with and I loved the freedom my job gave me to use my own initiative, help where I can and giving me the chance to grow. I enjoyed working with people from different ages, having to work it programs that suits different groups in order to being across lesson, and that I wil miss most of my previous work place. Most challenging aspects was that I could not ask for sponsorship from companies or organisations as City policy did not allow this and it was very difficult as local businesses people wanted to get involved in Library but there a long procedure and lots of red tape with the result community would suffer. And that made me mad at times because of restriction because company policy and procedure should be upholded at all times.

Learned new skills
I am currently a contract employer at The City Of Cape Town in the Health Department. I have been working 12 months.This was the best working experience ever , if i could become permanent it would be a dream come true. Unfortunetly my contract ends at the end of June 2017. The people in this department is amazing , friendly , helpful and willing to teach , train and share there knowlegde with your.They are supportive and real team players

Good learning experience
Good learning experience although the work maybe monotonous but you learn something new each day. Good working hours. Working with very knowledgeable and experienced people that can apply by-laws. Not much of a culture exists but it’s okay to your work going and social life. Friendly environment and flexible mangament.

Excellent learning curve.
I am fully qualified mechanical engineering technologist and currently I am an engineering technologist candidate with the Engineering Counsel of South Africa (ECSA). Over the past 4 years I have developed skills in engineering sectors such as Design, Manufacturing, HVAC, Maintenance and Fabrication Inspections. I have an excellent grasp on engineering principles and I am able to translate academic aspects of the discipline from the classroom in practical ways on site. I have gained extensive experience in HVAC, ventilation (schedules), machine selection, and the project management aspect, whereby I have dealt with contractors and I have formed part of a professional project team. From design to commissioning have I supervised project in the Building, Wastewater and Reticulation sectors. I have great interpersonal skills and I am happy working in a tight – knit team to produce excellent results for the clients. I am fluent in verbal and writing in English and Afrikaans.

Human resource clerk HR Admin service delivery requirements and the administrative dimension associated with the processing of departmental HR related queries and complaints,Controlling workflow processes and output levels of administrative personnel. I am team player and flexible with any nation , strict with ethics and flexible at reasonablle time. Patients in order to reach for the goals . I enjoy team funtions, meetings ang work.Working with people whom dont have visions .
