Great for learning within the retail industry
The company is a great place for employment for the most part, career paths are good except that if you do not allow managers to do as they wish, your growth is limited which in turn causes alot of rifts in the chain of service towards clients and staff, Area managers barely do follow ups on perfomance requests.

My strenght
Our company picks orders for the stores daily and must reach the stores same day .I have learnt that the customer is king and you must treated like one.And to achieve the above one must have a good working relationship with his co-workers. I get satisfaction when i achieve my target for the day.The most challenging aspect of the job is to make sure the customer(stores) is satisfied,hat means no shortages,damages or late deliveries.
