I currently work at Clicks as a Shop Assistant cashier. I am very good with customers and interacting with people in general. I experience various types of people throughout my day. I have learned how to deal with various peoples characteristics. The first thing i do when i see a customer is to greet them politely and ask if they need any assistance. I try to help people in any way i can and to the best of my ability. I am passionate about meeting new people, not only in the workplace. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to review my review.

Great learning experience. I'm learning problem solving skills and teamwork.
Working for Clicks is difficult but great. I learn a lot of new things daily. It's easy to grow within the company. You get trained in every aisle of the shop so you have great product knowledge. The salary is a bit too little bit I enjoy my job.

Excellent customer service, self driven and love working with people
You are faced with different challenges daily. Dealing with different kind of customers and you have to stay clam and deliver the best customer service at all times.

How to approach a customer
I am a driven young man with a passion for information systems and people. I am hard-working with team work abilities. I am a strong and responsible leader with high moral values. I have the aptitude to perform exceedingly well under pressure. I am a well-organised and eager to learn with the skill and initiative to adapt easily to any given situation. I am aspiring to start a challenging and rewarding career and to make a meaningfully contribution to any institution’s success. I have acquired an ability to gain practical skills and knowledge within the work environment. I also work in fast-paced work setting and have outstanding analytical and observation qualities. I am also proactive about developing new areas of expertise.

Excellent
Working well under a lot of pressure more especially consulting to a working team Customer service is the best thing I enjoy doing Promoting sales to customers showing them the best products we are selling Making sure I give a smile to each an individual customer gives me a strenth on how to make them keep them coming to our store each day

Typical work day
My typical work day includes giving all customers the best customer service making them want to come back My co workers and I are on a good level in our working environment I've learnt that everyone does things differently and wants things to be done differently I enjoy getting to meet new people everyday

The company encourages team work.
The nature of my job requires extreme accuracy, A typical Morning is submitting reports. That requires information to be extracted from an online system that ensures the full functionality of the company and holds statistics. My relationship with co-workers is very good. There is a certain level of understanding and respect amongst us. I have learned to pace myself depending on the urgency of what is required. I have learned extreme accuracy.

I believe hard work pays off
I enjoy working with people although customers gives me hard times,but I still need to make them happy so that they can come back to make more sales, being under pressure at work makes me to push more harder,team work is very important at my work place.

My review on my current job
I have learned alot since I started with Clicks and has given me great pleasure to work.I have a very good relationship with colleagues.I enjoy coming to work and get the work done on time.Work days are hectic but I work smart to make it easier for myself.
