I believe hard work pays off

I enjoy working with people although customers gives me hard times,but I still need to make them happy so that they can come back to make more sales, being under pressure at work makes me to push more harder,team work is very important at my work place.

Excellent

I am dealing with planning daily activities, organising and delegating employees on what to do. I've learned that managing people is a difficult thing due to their attitude and their phase when coming to tackling of task. The most challenging thing is for not meeting deadline .

Great experience

It's great work at the company. Each day is not the same as the amount of work varies from day to day & time to time. Sometimes it's fine working with my colleagues but then there are days when they can be a pain. I've learnt to manage people as well as manage the department. What I enjoy most is providing the clients with good customer service.

Excellent learning curve

Good day My name is Sylvia I work at clicks as a shop assistant cashier an also a friendship supervisor I was working at clicks sandton city then they appointed me to a new store at clicks discovery place as a supervisor.I am a hard worker,willing to learn new things,able to work under pressure and always willing to go a mile for customer to make the customer happy. Great opportunities within company

Great salary.Great opportunity to learn new things like working with people.Learn how to handle stressful situations with people and how to be a great sales person .Things to note for instance is being on time for work.You clock in and out for lunch and going home.Challenges are being positive and work at your own pace.Take your daily tasks and time management is important.

Excellent working place

We are facing new challenges everyday due to we dealing with different customers from various Location,but ever since is our daily routine to walk in we always remind ourselves that ‘we are here to serve our customers for us to get pain at end of each month’.so whatever they do regardless of good or bad they are still our customers.we always need to give best service in all time.i love my team.we are so perfect in team work.i enjoy working with them and most of all I love how they show you how to get things done in good way,respect time,love and respect your co-workers, respect clients and lastly appreciate little you have.

A great environment to work at

I have been enjoying working with customers ,especially ones with different attitudes this helped me a lot on how to manage angry customers and how to bear with them . The current experience I have concerning customer care will positively impact my life ever since I want to be an entrepreneur on day. Group work also taught me that sharing idea's can lead into good and excellent results ,which of course can increase sales within the company.

Pros: Having obtained adequate percentage on maths and English can make one to stand a chance of getting a learnership.
Cons: There are long hours ,but also given the tea time and lunch it becomes reasonable

Good company to work for

I was working in team as a leader guide,develop, motivate, compliment and also discipline my team.I have maintain a good working relationship with my team there was a transparency between us,I have learn that as the leader you must treat your team equal no favourite. What I enjoyed most was when my team meets targets and win the regional competition then we celebrates together as team.The most challenging times is when I discipline that when comes to till shortage's because there I have to following the IR processes and sometimes and lose their jobs and also the time when the store is not making target I have to motivate why and the time when I have to deal with customer complaint I have to listen to the customer understand how the customer feels apologise make sure I remain calm and the customer must leave the store happy so that he/she must come back again
