It is an excellent experience.

My company is based on selling goods and services to people. It always look at people needs and i have to promote they products and making sure I keep customers happy.

Challenges

The most challenging parts are unhappy customers. Navigating to please them and deliver is sometimes tricky. Luckily I have always been one to truly identify the causes and provide adequate solutions. Also standing on youyour feet all day is a physical challenge. I always look forward to doing RPS checks since there is a chair at that counter.

Pros: Great opportunity to impact patient lives directly
Cons: High stress levels arise since we are always busy.

Excellent learning curve

my gworking at clicks was a good experience, I have gained much knowledge in retail and realise that I loved working with customers. They are a well rounded company that required fast paced, detail oriented work that puts them on top as one of the front runners in the pharmaceutical industry. Working as a floor assistant and cashier taught me a lot about sales and being out in the field, direct interaction and working with consumer is person.s person outassistant

Excellent experience gained

Hit was a great environment to gain experience. It is a fast paced environment where one has to adapt quickly. However ther is a lock of opportunity and growth as I have been working on the same position for 4 years. But it's an excellent environment to gain experience as I would have different duties. I would be on the till, I would do mechandising and and work in the stockroom.

Pros: Easy to gain experince and makes you adapt to irregular hours
Cons: No promotions or opportunities

Excellent learning curve, gained customer service and team work experience

I gained experience in terms of working with my colleagues and dealing with all kinds of customers. I have learnt how to solve customer related issues and problems. I learnt how to reach targeted goals by doing in-store promotions.
