Being in retail it's not an easy job it needs a strong character and I can say I'm strong enough.You get to be with different kinds of people and you have to get along with them .especially month end when it's hectic you need help so why you always grumpy no one will help you.So you have to respect your colleagues

No Growth Oppertunities
Store Manager does all the operational requirements for the day to day running of the store. Work without assistance, store manager must fill the role as manager, Hr, Payroll, trainer, assessor, customer consultant and fill in if staff members is absent. Store manager basically needs to fill this role 24/7. I learned indipendancy, assertiveness, accuracy as there is no time to correct errors. Time management and proper planning. I enjoyed training my staff made work much easier. To work without assistance and fill 3 positions at once, was most challenging.

Im a part time at click.
I've just started a week ago at click as a sales assistant. I have experience at Cotton on SA. As 2ic Factorie Cresta. Where I use to earn 10400 a Month. And I have experience in In opening and closing.the store. Cashing up, sales, banking. Store ordering. Handling not petty cash. Management of staff. Risk management. Dealing with complaints from customers. And funding solution. Dealing with the store book, admin, filling. Visual merchandise. Store promotion, And monthly sales. Targets and budgets. Developing staff in new products learning.
Pros: Yes there is at I've just started
Cons: I have work retail hours.

It has been good working with customers
It has been good for me working at clicks because I get to meet different customers of different charectors and getting to solve customers complaints it really thought me communication skills also

Good curve
Im working at a courier company for clicks, it has been a new and good experience for me. I startedworking in 2014 as a locum and due to my hard work, I was offered a permanent position the same year. I am currently working in the Speciality department whereas I deal with cancer patients and Nutricia patients. It has taiga me to know the importance of a healthy lifestyle and how important every day is in ones life as I deal with patients that die any minute.

Goal orientated
I currently work at Clicks as a Shop Assistant cashier. I am very good with customers and interacting with people in general. I experience various types of people throughout my day. I have learned how to deal with various peoples characteristics. The first thing i do when i see a customer is to greet them politely and ask if they need any assistance. I try to help people in any way i can and to the best of my ability. I am passionate about meeting new people, not only in the workplace. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to review my review.

Clicks' environment is overwhelming, fun, attractive, educating, mangers ar friendly
I'm an individual whose always eager to learn new skills and experiences in an organisation. Normally allow challenges as a platform for me to learn more, currently have a national diploma in business management from the university of Johannesburg and Ive been majoring in entrepreneurship and marketing
Pros: There's is growth within the company though it takes years
Cons: I'm a flexible person I'm not worried with long hours it actually became part of my vocabulary

Excellent learning and the staff where good to work with
Clicks thought me how to work with people and how to treat them with respect. What I enjoyed most is the Receiving area the Receiving off stock . How to check it and how to send it back.

Excellent customer service
i am able to finish the task of the day in a time frame. doing excellent customer service in the floor, helping customers to get what they want instead of searching the whole floor.also controlling the queue while they are waiting to pay or get help from the pharmacy.
