Good Company Strong Future There is growth possibilities but need qualifications for more seniour positions but not want to pay for for quality. Componay is a company with a great future and should be around for next 50 years so if you want security and not worries about long hoirs over weekends then this is for you.

A great environment to work at

I have been enjoying working with customers ,especially ones with different attitudes this helped me a lot on how to manage angry customers and how to bear with them . The current experience I have concerning customer care will positively impact my life ever since I want to be an entrepreneur on day. Group work also taught me that sharing idea's can lead into good and excellent results ,which of course can increase sales within the company.

Pros: Having obtained adequate percentage on maths and English can make one to stand a chance of getting a learnership.
Cons: There are long hours ,but also given the tea time and lunch it becomes reasonable

Great opportunity

Working for clicks is fun and I enjoy it there especially if I get to balance a recon on the first attempt. I have learnt a lot over the past years and they send you for excel training and telephone etiquette and many more. It's a very helpful company. The most challenging aspect of my job is to get a messy account clean but I love a challenge.

Pros: Great growth ability
Cons: We are underpaid at clicks for the work that we do.

Good company to work for

I was working in team as a leader guide,develop, motivate, compliment and also discipline my team.I have maintain a good working relationship with my team there was a transparency between us,I have learn that as the leader you must treat your team equal no favourite. What I enjoyed most was when my team meets targets and win the regional competition then we celebrates together as team.The most challenging times is when I discipline that when comes to till shortage's because there I have to following the IR processes and sometimes and lose their jobs and also the time when the store is not making target I have to motivate why and the time when I have to deal with customer complaint I have to listen to the customer understand how the customer feels apologise make sure I remain calm and the customer must leave the store happy so that he/she must come back again

Excellent learning curve

On a avarage day i learn at least three new things. I have a great relarionshipwith my co workers we all get along like family. The thing i enjoy the mosr is our eldery patients they make me laugh and they arr the best. Our younger patients arent bad but the elderly ones have so much to share. The greatest challenge i find is to help all the customers that come some just dont have the money for the right medixation and it breaks my heart. I have learned patience.

Pros: I love their 3 for 2 specials
Cons: The way management treat the staff.

Excellent learning experience

The job gives you an opportunity to grow as a youngster. I learned a lot and achieved. The customer service is obe thing i kove most and excel very well. A day at work would never feel like you home with fam. I have learned a lot from a cashier to supervisor now trainee assistant manager

How I am

I am looking for a job that I can learn more and work on my working skils . I don't struggle to work with new people and my co workers. I alos don't hesitate to ask questions . I want a work that I can built myself. I am learing lot al the place were I working Previously and where I did work before . I am young and I like to accept any challenges, and to do my beste in each thing that I am doing . Justine

Excellent customer service

I have learned how to give the customer the best service they could have ask.for for them to fill like they are related to someone on the store. I make sure of that by getting what they customer wants or get them something much more than that
