I would get in at 7:30 open the warehouse check the fridges temperature to make sure it's on a stable temperature, check all stock that was delivered day before allocate them to they shelves,I learnt to work with staff in a fast and insufficient way I would in enjoy my work when we receive all our raw materials for me the challenging part of my day was when we had to get an order out on short notice it was fun and I would like to do it again

Learning Pastell Accounting , Computer literate and telephonic ettiques experince
My work enironment for me was challenging at first because idid not know where to start but my collegues helped learn the job we did get along with evryone in the workplace. Ihave learnt to be independent to also know how to work with diferent people, how to be flexible not anly stay in your comfort zone be hungry or learn other thing in the workplace to gain knowledge. i enjoiyed my workplace because wew where one , we helped one onother who is need. The most challenging part at first for me was to work shifts even night shifts as it was cold in the wherehouse but i managed to adapt and enjoyed it eventually.
Pros: Promotions where given to people from depending the effort you put on your job

Being inspired and embracing myself with knowledge
My typical work day is "pay day" where pressure comes and I have to look at myself twice in the mirror and say I can make it. My relationship with co-workers is excellent we usually communicate hardly so that no backbone of the business falls apart due to fear or unknown challenges.The most challenging aspect of my job is being responsible of each and everything that happens in store .I have learnt about how to service customers and being humbled at all times and ensuring customers are on first priority everyday. I enjoy being inspired and embracing myself with knowledge about all medication and an individuals health life.

Experience
Customer service , handling queries, dealing with complaints, managing the front shop, managing the staff making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to at all times, learning and development of staff, implementing planograms, taking deliveries, executing promotions, walking the floor and making notes fir staff to do the following day, cashing up cashiers at the end of the working day, doing banking and running end of day.

Excellent learning
Working as an independent practitioner exposed to the community as the first line center for treatment and advise has opened up many new learning opportunities. With regards to managing minor ailments such as burns and minor wounds . Sexually transmitted infections . Performing pap smears , educating on sexual health . Hiv aids testing and counselling. Baby immunisation and managing childhood development. Very different to the fast paced trauma facility which has been very beneficial Love meeting new people from all walks of life Working in retail exposes you to alot of criticism as well with difficult customers but you adapt to the environment quickly and provide the best service possible

My current role is warehouse supervisor based much in receiving; inventory;assembly and dispatch. I lead a team of about 95+ staff members directly report to me. In 2015 our business made 1 billion turn over. One thing I learn throughout all this year's of working in the warehouse and distribution sector is that one must get stimulated by the PRESSURE. Achieving KPIs must be the ambitious. Constant progress must be order of the day. Understand the importance of staff and give guidance accordingly. Treat people equal and deliberately follow the code of conduct in case of disciplinary action. Understanding of company policy is the key.

It teaches a person to work under pressure
It is really nice and challeging to work with a diverse group of people from diffrent back round. I have learned a lot on how to communicate with others and doing customer care or as we put it customer Excellency in my company helping a customer n them being satisfied. reaching target of the day on a slow day
