Good

The company that i am working for is a good company but it pays less money while you'll be doing alots of things as a flexi timer.Team work is what is important but few of my co- workers don't know what team work is. I've learn to be quite and do my job. I enjoy when my colleagues helping each other. The most challenging part is to pack the stock as well as working at the till.

Excellent experience

It was a great experience because I worked with people from different backgrounds. Some are lazy some like to joke with personal issues. I had a good experience in dealing with customers grumpy and moody ones, difficult and just normal customers.

Pros: There promotions just that I wasn't fortunate enough to get one.
Cons: It was just a 9-6hrs job

I am self motivated individual who is driven to learn and achieve a lot... I am able to work under extreme pressure. I have work for IEC for the past four years so working under is what drive me to wanna learn more

Excellent hardworker

I would like to work for the other company Becouse where i currently work now its far for me. And the other thing i got more infomation that i would like to share to the other companies So that i can spreed my talent allover . Im honestly about my work . I refuse to stand while there are other people who still looking for a help. I can be happy if i can be one of your workers soon . I got good customers services to make sure that we gain more clients in a company so that we can get what the customers needs

Great Learning Curve

A day work is primarily based on giving good customer service, attracting and enticing them, being friendly to customers and being visible on the shop floor in my full uniform. Authorizing for any price errors or promotional problems at the Point Of Sale, Supervising the staff and line management. I've learnt how to lead and manage people, how to delegate work and how to deal with stakeholders and analyzing income statements and all.

working at clicks under department maintenance 7:00am to 3:30pm I'm painting, welding, planning

I'm working at clicks under the department maintenance,I'm welding, painting and planning since 2019 we work as a team 5 people we maintain clicks beams,berrells and seperate slots as we plan how can be an correct position I learnt more experience as I'm I'm about to finish 2years

Pros: I consider myself to be hardworking, honest and reliable
Cons: I'm working 7:00am to 3:30pm

Excellent teamwork

Great teamwork, building relationships beyond race and color. Making sure that daily tasks are met. Gaining a family beyond your own and realising we rely on each other everyday to be better and stronger.

Pros: Building relationships and excellent learning experience with a brilliant team.
Cons: Doing other peoples duties and taking strain to build yourself after a long day.
