Custom service
It was very nice working at that company,I enjoyed working with lots of different people and to socialize with them. I worked with a group,I had a good time with my coworkers sharing views and ideas. I managed to deal with conflicts though it was not easy but having such knowledge of dealing with conflicts in working environment helped me a lot. The most challenging in my previous work was to keep coworkers working allocate duties to them as per groups and make a follow up whilst there's another work waiting for me. But all that helped me a lot to learn how to work under pressure and to manage time.

Always Care for Clients, give clients what they want, deliver the service
It is a very big company that doesn’t give us enough pay, what I’ve learn there is to always Care for Clients monster what, deliver the service and make sure you deliver Respect others as well as you’d like to be respected Perseverance is all that matters in order to succeed

Great learning curve
Its a wonderful environment to grow and improve communication skills,having supportive and dedicated co-workers who are always eager to help and also it is never easy to face the rejection of clients but i have learned and grown from it

Ten years working experience in one company
I work flexible hours at times on weekends and also at home. I have a good relationship with my co-workers from junior to senior level. I enjoy working on corporate social investment projects because I get to interact with different departments. My current position is more on risk and compliance, so I have to always monitor if the department including the management deliver what expected from the business.

Good opportunity to grow as a consultant
Everyone has different reviews of Clientele(mostly negative) and I am rather okay with everything because at the end of the day it teaches you a lot about hard work, dedication and persistence. It’s one of those do or die things and the outcome will always be up to you. The culture of the company is the best that I’ve had in any company however there’s 0 disciplines. I really can’t complain, it’s just like any other sales job/ call centre.
Pros: You get to grow as a person.
Cons: Long working hours, overtime not paid.

Grooming place
A good place to work un filled with positive people and have good relationships with my co-workers I enjoy incentives that is where extraincime comes from handling difficult clients but at the end of the day is to make sure to win back that client by reinstating them

Excellent learning curve

TheThere are people whe are helping in the business by doing presentations everyday. Doing trainingings on the digital space. Support is there and you earn as much you want.
