Motshidisi Hlubi is a smart, outgoing and ambitious young lady who strives to be a success in life. I am currently working as a claims administrator in the Clientele life claims department. Prior to claims I had been in the Clientele Life NCC department working as a customer service consultant. I enjoy working with people and helping others. Convinience

Clientele is actually a very good company to work for, also with good benefits and I have learned a lot , from especially my clients and colleagues, everyday was a learning day most days are exciting especially when its gets extremely busy m that gives us more complex queries to solve , that runs my adrenaline faster.... I led a team of 4 motivated and hard working consultants, we all competed against other team for bonuses and most o the time will earn some , that was very inspirational and a good drive . it was quite a challenge when the target wasn't met , they'll get frustrated but ill push for it to be reached .sometimes when we had a lot of unpaid policies , it affected not only the company but our quality scores also , so it was our mission to clarify and emphasise to our new and existing clients to keep their accounts up to date .

Growth opportunity

I manage the Hospital Plus and Life account day to day marketing activities including generating the leads for the call centre managers & consultant.I have continued to maintain a well established relation with my worker both professionally and personally going back to my previous employers.I have learnt and grown in both analytics and account management to grow the Hospital plus product.

My review

I start work at 7 am and knock Off at 4pm. My job is target orientated. Should i not reach my daily target i knock off at 7pm. Im number 1 on my team for reaching and exceeding targets. I call clients, i pitch to them. I create a picture that makes a need of the product. I sell funeral cover,legal cover, life cover and help plans successfully. We work as a team. We respect each other. We develop each other. We learn from each other. The most important thing is that we support each other and motivate each other. I enjoy getting extra income from sales. We get incentives as well as bonuses for perfomance. We sometimes compete with other teams or individually for incentives, may be cash or prizes.

Brilliant Customer Service

I am good person with good communication skills and I enjoy working as a team. i will like to join your company in order to explore the experience i have for Customers. i learned a lot with Customers needs and wants. the difficulty I had experience is to manage a team alone .

Good earning potential

I worked very well with my team because I become a trainer on less than five months,I used to earn more than other companies I worked for,I made calls on a daily basis and liked helping client coz my it was easy,I worked well with my former manager until the new one and most of all I liked whn everyone felt motivated by my work because I was rating no one on the company starts by my departmemt,I loved the fact that I could help my clients including my colleagues and that made me even stronger today.

Gained Enough Experience

I know now that I can grow as an individual, and uplift the others that I work with. Most important about the business especially in this industry. The clients are important and we need to have a very strong IVR and Retention.

Learning How to deal with irate clients and time management

I have learnt a lot as an individual throught the years with my company, having to send feedback everyday to agents to teach them how to correct and interact with clients on a sales call made me realise how big of a difference i am making for the company and helping others. A have a very strong relationship with my co Workers it wouldnt be the same without them we are like a family. I enjoy the type of relationship i have with my colleagues we care so much for each other and also learn a lot if not correct one another when they are wrong. I have learnt a lot from everyone i have worked with they have taught me how to react to each and every situation i come across on a daily basis either bad or good. The most challenging Part of my job is the salary and growth, no one wants to do the same thing for so many years putting in the effort and dedication with no recognition.

Pros: I have been in the industry for years and i have learnt a lot from both the sales and Quality perspective.

Awesome experience

To work at Clientèle is nice especially for me because I am a person who likes new challenges and I always push to be the best at what I do. I am a very competitive person who wants to be on top of My game always. I have learned to adapt to all challenges and find a way to overcome them. What is more challenging is the working hours that one has to put in at most it's more than 12 hours.
