Learning How to deal with irate clients and time management
I have learnt a lot as an individual throught the years with my company, having to send feedback everyday to agents to teach them how to correct and interact with clients on a sales call made me realise how big of a difference i am making for the company and helping others. A have a very strong relationship with my co Workers it wouldnt be the same without them we are like a family. I enjoy the type of relationship i have with my colleagues we care so much for each other and also learn a lot if not correct one another when they are wrong. I have learnt a lot from everyone i have worked with they have taught me how to react to each and every situation i come across on a daily basis either bad or good. The most challenging Part of my job is the salary and growth, no one wants to do the same thing for so many years putting in the effort and dedication with no recognition.
Pros: I have been in the industry for years and i have learnt a lot from both the sales and Quality perspective.

Awesome experience
To work at Clientèle is nice especially for me because I am a person who likes new challenges and I always push to be the best at what I do. I am a very competitive person who wants to be on top of My game always. I have learned to adapt to all challenges and find a way to overcome them. What is more challenging is the working hours that one has to put in at most it's more than 12 hours.

No growth
The company is growing but in the same like people are resigning due to being unhappy. Working in the here opens your eyes to alot of things. The training is so good that when you go to other companies you already have an advantage.

Management not so honest with stuff, they give us so little to work with but expect so much.
At first I come to Clientele Life for an interview to be sales representative for a legal cover but after I had written and past all my test at induction stage all that was agreed upon changed and was put in a different team which that am not honest happy in. Oh well a typical day working here is OK not really as exciting as I thought it would when I first started due to different circumstances. My relationship with my colleagues is generally very friendly we like one big family because we experiencing the same issues and motivate one another on a daily basis. What I enjoy the most truly is the cash and banking incentive they run from time to time. The most challenging aspects is having to deal with angry clients/customers.

Diligent and hard working
Working for clientele has been a pleasant experience for me i have leart alot from my superiors including exco members. I work 8 to 6 and as telemarketer marketing clientele insurance to customers eg. Referals. Its a good job but i am more about growth and change. The relationship with my workmates was good but always kept professional On a daiĺy basis its about work and work. Meetings in mornings than off to work the most challenging part iz that we work on targets and commision so it does put pressure.

Clientele is great company with many opportunities to grow
My experience in clientele has been great friendly co-works management try by all means to be clpse to employees and they are alpt of great opportunities that one can use to grow career wise clientele has helped understands sales

Selling different product e.g life covers,hospital plan,legal policies and funeral plan
the working hours was quite good 8-18h00, my relationship with my co-workers was very good as sometime we work as team which is useful to find solution and help to achieve target. what i have learned is that its very important as a sales person to know your product very well as well as your system and know your customer very well. what i enjoyed most is growth, working together as a team can make me achieve my target and acceded my target and make a lot of commission. The most challenging aspect is that you need to make target monthly base as sales person. cause if you did not make target you earn less and you don"t achieve your goals finacially

Excellent learning curve
Very busy environment, target orientated. It was great bring with the company because I gained lot of experience when it comes to insurance. Dedication and self discipline was one of the ke factors one had to have.
