My experience in clientele has been great friendly co-works management try by all means to be clpse to employees and they are alpt of great opportunities that one can use to grow career wise clientele has helped understands sales

Professional communication skills.
My daily tasks that I perform to reach my target daily and monthly are as follows: *update stats on an hourly basis * Generate leads for sales department *Give feedback for quality purposes to my line manager regarding leads assessed with good termination reasons. *Evaluate leads terminations *Work towards set key measurements.

Selling different product e.g life covers,hospital plan,legal policies and funeral plan
the working hours was quite good 8-18h00, my relationship with my co-workers was very good as sometime we work as team which is useful to find solution and help to achieve target. what i have learned is that its very important as a sales person to know your product very well as well as your system and know your customer very well. what i enjoyed most is growth, working together as a team can make me achieve my target and acceded my target and make a lot of commission. The most challenging aspect is that you need to make target monthly base as sales person. cause if you did not make target you earn less and you don"t achieve your goals finacially

Passoinate and organised
Dilligent and hardworker.I am a fast learner with good attention to detail.In my role i have managed to grow the Hospital and life products beyond targets set and distributed budgets effectively.I have managed various campaigns effectively to achieve set leads targets for the business to achieve required sales conversions.

Meeting and exceeding required daily targets Excellent working relationship with colleagues Learning how the insurance industry works and how every client is important dealing with difficult clients and trying to calm them down as I attempt to attend their every need

Excellent learning curve
My current company has given me experience in the call centre,how ever I feel that I need to grow in this industry hence I'm looking for bigger and better opportunities, the company is not bad at all,my team leader is the best and I must say I have learned quite a lot from him
