I provide legal advice and draft legal documents daily and solve legal problems that clients have. I also liaise with third parties on clients behalf and do debt collecting at times.

Eager to learn from new environment
I worked from 8am to 4:30 that's my normal working hours, I coached both performers and under performers in the Team of 102 consultants, to improve the production and quality. My relationship with the colleagues is very healthy and we even go away for a weekend to build the relationship and to understand each other. I have learn a lot from my colleague's different attitudes and behaviours that I have to compromise sometimes. The most challenging aspect of the job is the abscondment of the colleagues and under performers who are not willing to change.
Pros: There are great opportunity of growth in the company.
Cons: Long hours could be the night shift that starts from 5pm to 7pm

Fascinating Industry but challenging on preferred way of working and my values
My tenure has been incredibly busy with many projects and the learning curve was incredibly steep considering my background is FMCG marketing and Fashion Retail. It has been fascinating to learn the ins and outs of financial services and insurance, especially in terms if Compliance. My biggest frustration in terms of my deliverables has been the lack of clear process and campaigns not being carefully considered, planned and budgeted for. The structure of the organisation is much like a start-up business and has not evolved as the business has scaled up and there is too much overlap with various departments and not sufficient clarity on roles and responsibilities. Within Marketing, staff members are not appreciated for the good work that is delivered and they're micro-managed, which makes the environment stifling. The Marketing executive berates staff members in meetings and undermines them with the rest of the executive team. .
Pros: Learnt about the financial services industry. I developed new skills in terms of affiliate marketing, online sales and digital marketing.
Cons: Marketing is not consumer centric and lack of due diligence in terms of new product development and resource allocation.

Great experience in a highly regulated industry
My tenure at Clientele has been an immense learning curve in an industry which was completely foreign to me, in terms of regulatory requirements and marketing strategy. The immersion into digital marketing and lead generation has been the most interesting part of my role, especially since I was involved in the launch of a self-service platform as well as the development of an online sales platform. My digital knowledge as been enhanced giving me greater confidence in using the various platforms more effectively to achieve business objectives. The greatest challenge has been the focus on lead generation as the core marketing strategy with very little regard for consumer insights and brand strategy. As a seasoned marketer, I have struggled with the limited focus on clear strategic intent.

Typical day in the office
I interact with clients on a daily basis and provide legal advise on an array of legal matters. I draft legal documents and correspondences to third parties I am team player and work closely with my team. I work in a customer service environment and have to keep clients satisfied and treat them fairly

Cons: Customer service is a tough juggling act between customer satisfaction and maintaining law

Challenging inviroment
I am a team player,good communication skills,i have learned that building trust with clients is the key and knowing them makes it easier to close businesses .I enjoy communicating and intersecting with clients.lastly the challenging thing is having to work on last date of the month which is important to have time management

I do not get angry when my superior is reprimanding me i t's part of learning.
I do like my company especially when we talk about transparency from management to consultants.My co-workers treat each other like brothers and sister that`s what I've learnt the most to them.What i am enjoying with them it's team work we pulling each other up there is no me syndrome in my team.The most challenging aspects is when one of us don't reach monthly target that will lead us to knock off very late.

Great learning opportunities
Clientele is fun they care for their employees typical work day would be me getting to work push myself to the limits until lunch associate a little with my colleagues and push again until close of business. Very good relationship with co workers we share plenty things. Enjoy working and having fun after work is done.

Fast learner and always eager to learn more in life
I really like mi career in sales industry...because I'm wat I'm today because of it....to to know different kinds of people...getting fastrations that u can easily resolve them is wat I like most...coz u learn all these type of people and how to deal wit them....but it becomes very challenging when u have strong personal issues that will end up affecting my performance at work

Team player
Is a well nice place with good supporting structure challenges is sometimes scarcity of leads but we have a good supporting structure from the management situated in a good place for sales job the environment is very nice and the transport is easily available for night shift the growth is also available as the company has so many department if you want to change o grow
