Very high paced industry
Working day could be anything from 10-14 hours Manage 160 staff over 5 various shifts. We have a very respectful bond, where we appreciate each others position I have learnt to deal with various people from our wide spectrum of cultures in our country. I love managing people and assisting them in achieving there goals and making them better people. The challenge that not only the position demands but meeting our customers expectations as well.

Great Logistics Exposure and People skills learning
I have learned about inbound logistics, production processes, ERP system. I have enjoyed forming new relationships and great relationships with my managers. I enjoy learning new things the most and also leading. The most challening part is the culture where mindset is concerned regarding the respect people have for other races and young black women. ned about inboundThe great challenge has been being one of two women in the department and the rest are maless

8 years in dept FMCG experience
Invite me for an interview.I have 8 years of logistic/manufacturing experience in production, rout, maintenance and stock planning. I am working for Clover South Africa, the biggest FMCG dairy and distribution company in South Africa.

Clover SA is a distribution and production company. It is not listed on the JSE. The head office is situated at Constantia Kloof in Roodepoort. They use AS 400 as an accounting program.

•Operate Pasteurizer (Machine that pasteurise UHT Milk and Milk Flavours) •Capture OEE on the system •Operate Pasteurizer on system. •Send samples to the lab for testing, also test them if the lab personnel is busy. •Operate cream from raw milk, pasteurise it and cool it on a cream cooler. •Transport Cream from the Buffer tanks to the cream tanker, also take samples for testing •Check and operate the AT (Aseptic Tank) which suppliers the filler daily during production •Do CIP (clean in place) on the Buffer Tanks, Cream Tanks, Cream surplus tank and the AT. •CIP can either be Full CIP or Intermediate CIP, Pasteurizer is washed with either AIC or PAC.

Would like to move up into a Maint Manager position.
Good day I have been in Engineering/Manufacturing/Production all my life and have 24 years’ (21 years post trade test) experience in this field. I have qualified as a Fitter and Turner at Olifantsfontein with a Red Seal. (Highest and sought after trade centre in RSA) I have also studied Total Productive Management which goes hand-in-hand with Lean Manufacturing and all its principles plus extensive courses. I have stood in for the Maint Manager when he goes on leave etc. As you can see I have only had 2 previous jobs/positions/employers and I am currently working by the 3rd one. I do not believe in jumping around and I am a very faith full employee towards my employer. Please read through my comprehensive CV. ABLE TO FACE NEW CHALLENGES
It's need to be more carefull if you checking the stock, the relationship with my colleagues is very good. I have learnt that to work as a team is very important because you can not do all things alone. I enjoying to face new challenge and achieve it. The challenge is it need to be careful because once you made mistake you pay or the company can not make profit or reach target.

Excellent Learning curve
Typical working day is freom 6:30 am to 3:30pm where I do costing daily, follow up on quries, checking my good received not invoiced, checkimg my open orders. Every week I do interim financial statements, checking the GL, posting journlas. I have learnt a lot about manufaturing company, I ma a very friendly person who is known by almost majority in the comopany. I enjoy month end as it is very challenging and you need to be accurate.

Purchasing
Am currently working as Logistics office, am resposible stock purchase, stock count, managing warehouse haveing 10 million stock, receiving stock, schaduing transport. monthly and weekly reports and stock count. i just currently mare two clean audit. am deasling with more than 50 suppliers daily.
Pros: there is always doors for new opportunities in this indusry and am willing to take them
Cons: as long as i complete my task even if its more than 8 hrs its fine, job first

Am currenlty work as logistics officer at Clover, my resposibiliers are, buying stock, reciving, schaduling transport, managing warehouse, weekly and monthly reports, managing staff, dealing with more than 50 suppliers all over and plan the production.
Pros: in this industy these always new opportunities of leaning and growing
Cons: job need to be done no matter how long it takes
