Am currently working under FMCG

I have experince in the same industry and I am the perfect fit for the post, I will bring change like saving company cost and material waste. I deal with purchasing of raw material for the whole factory, managing warehouse and staff, receiving stock and scheduling transport

Pros: Work with new people and new company

Good learning experience.

Typical day starts at 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday 7am to 12pm. Good working relations with co-workers, a good pool of ideas. Have gained more on how milk is treated (pasteurisation, microbiology, sensory evaluation).

Pros: Acceptable working hours
Cons: Less opportunity for growth

Im loayal , didicated , and hardworkin , tenacious

Run the ledger Balance the cash and stock Make sure all reckons are done Send daily management reports Have a good team spirit manager are only as strong as the people underneath him Working as a team you can achive much more Every day has a new challenge fixing them is a good feeling Need to get the departments to get to work togheter and do give accurate figures at all time

FAST LEARNER

Its little hard but since I have love of it I take it easy and its need focus. I am very close with my colleagues, I have learnt to work as a team, careful on counting stock. I start to work by 14:00 to 23:30 or until we finished our work, I am also enjoying to work in warehouse,dispatch office and in computer room. You have to make sure that there is no over stock or less in the truck. And by the time you checking make that there is no short date, broken stock and factory faulty.

Pros: There is great opportunity of promotion since I am still in training of road show.
Cons: Its not bother me to work long hours if its is needed.

I am a casual Production Quality Controller at Coca- Cola Beverage South Africa (CCBSA), previously known as Coca- Cola Canners of Southern Africa (CCCSA). I have completed a Food Technologist internship at Pick ‘n Pay Distribution Warehouse and received an opportunity as a Microbiologist contractor at Clover SA for 12 months. As I am still gaining experience at the CCBSA, I have learned and practiced the importance of GMP/ GLP and to follow the SOPs. In a beverage and well-known company like CCBSA, I was trained to implement the HACCP system to deliver the good quality products to our consumers.

Excellent learning curve

no growth opportunities for the account managers you stay in the same position for years and no advancement. if you are looking for a stable position and not looking to grow within the company then this is the perfect place for you.

High Pressure environment

Medical aid contribution by employer, 13th cheque, provident fund, good benefits. Below average salary and high pressure environment The company also has ample opportunities for career advancement
