Excellent learning curve, but would like to expand my knowledge.

Clover SA is an excellent company to work for and I have learned alot working for them. their Management are great and at this branch that I am working for we get along very well with Management.

Pros: Not much opportunity for promotion, because we are only a satalite branch
Cons: Working on Saturdays and sometimes long hours

Has to be worth my while to leave

Exceptionally phenomenal. Can't find a good enough reason to leave besides a better financial offer that may be well over my current earnings. A great company may also add value to my decision to leave as well

Great Logistics Exposure and People skills learning

I have learned about inbound logistics, production processes, ERP system. I have enjoyed forming new relationships and great relationships with my managers. I enjoy learning new things the most and also leading. The most challening part is the culture where mindset is concerned regarding the respect people have for other races and young black women. ned about inboundThe great challenge has been being one of two women in the department and the rest are maless
