Highly demanding environment
I work as the Management Accountant at Clover's largest Branch. The environment is highly demanding, as my job is not merely financial reporting, but also finding solutions on how to reduce Branch losses. I manage a team of 40 staff, whom all have their different personalities and aspirations. I've created an environment where my door is always open. I invite my team to talk to me about anything. Their concerns, dissatisfaction and challenges. This position has taught me to be more of a hands on manager. Yes it's important to empower the staff by trusting their abilities, but I'm accountable for their work, and as their manager, it's as good as work I've done myself. I love a highly demanding environment. A job where you are not afforded an off day. An environment where you need to be switched on every day. I also love my job as it allows me to think outside the box in finding solutions.

Working 12 hours . Working in control room of bellow 20°c
I am very good in team working . Have been in Wearhousing for over 5 years Have been a van assistant at parmalat for over two years Can check up invoices. Identify errors in POD'S I have a valid ppt and forklift driver licenses both with experience I have taken part in stock tacking at Nestlé longmeadow DC I have experience in SAP AND WMS computer programs . Even computer literate I speak English fluently even Zulu, Southern Sotho . And Tshivenda I am a very reliable person

Great experience
Excellent learning curve Busy days and nights. Constantly striving to meet all targets. Lots of overtime. Management could be better at times. Good team environment. Taught me to be independent and a team player.

Laboratory Technician
Chemistry analysis and microbiology analysis on raw to final products. Quality controller on all the products. Sensory of all the products( dairy n beverages).

Excellent learning experience
Running of the Branch and dealing with any queries from HO, sales and clients. Handling queries from delivery crews as to difficulties with deliveries at back doors, issues with stock, damages, shortages and also dealing with clients who need to pay cash for their deliveries, but for what ever reason feel they do not have to pay. Dealing with accident investigations and stock losses. I enjoy what i do as no day is ever the same and there are new challenges. The admin and operations staff and i get along well, but the delivery crews, drivers and assistants are a challenge each day. My most challenging aspect is the fact that we have so many Senior and Exco Managers who feel that their instructions need to be followed, thereby causing a rift as to who you are supposed to listen too.
Pros: Clover has always had good prospects for promotion and if you are a go getter you are promoted quickly
Cons: Too many Senior and Exco Managers and you never know who you shlod listed to.

Great experience
its a great enviroment, the staff is friendly, you learn a lot because its a very big company so you must able to work with people, you must know your products very well, know different types of positions because you will be conducting interviews

Exposed to different kinds of activities within the warehouse.
working in a very cold temperature good relationship with co-workers I have learnt that in a work place you are exposed to different types of characters and people have different values and perceptions and it is important to respect others and and their values.
