Excellent learning curve

Working there is the best.everyday you fond a new challenge that triggers something in you to be better than yesterday.I love every experience thrown at me because it makes me stronger by the day. My colleagues are the best.

Pros: you get to explore all working components which gives you alot of experience and acquire skills.
Cons: not getting paid and also no growth and promotion in the workplace.

Good working ethics

r gI'm responsible for general Human resources administration in all 7 functions of HR.I have good working ethics whith my co workers, because I believe that for a department to be productive its people should have good working relations. I've learnt how to handle confling and coping well when working under pressure. The most challenging aspects about my job is that you interact with different diverse persona, which means you have to give different approaches to situations.eneral

Overview of my workplace

The most important thing that I have learnt is to not be more comfortable at workplace and to be more vigilant at all times. The relationship with my coworkers is smooth as we always look after one another as the work that we doing require team work at all times.

Learned a lot and want to still learn more

I arrived at work at 07:30 and was knocked off at 16:00. It was a typically long day at work. . My relationship with my supervisors was exceptional and I learned a lot from them. I enjoyed the off days and having to work fewer hours on weekends.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

My capabilities

I am assisting area management office during recruitment period, because that function is centralised. Appoint people on persal system after the interviews. I am also appointed as leave coordinator for the institution, assist with policy interpretation. I have a good relations with my colleagues. I was trained to conduct investigations and also appointed as Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator for the institution. the most challenging aspects of the job dealing with people who have got different attitudes, some don't understand the policies one should be patient in explaining to them capabilities

Pros: there is a great chance for promotion
Cons: Working long hours when caturing payments, and updating personnel documents,and when to meet deadlines for submission of reports

Excellent learning curve

I'm a very punctual person who is committed to his job. I'm also able to work independence and meeting deadline. If need arise I'm even work long hours to ensure that company objectives are met or achieve.
